Description of Work: Provider's crew treated the fence with high-force water a few days before stain application. A problem wiht one hinge on a gate was found and corrected, with my paying for the metal part; a crew member installed it, and the problem was corrected. The finished product is outstanding. At certain times of day an area of the inside looks slightly different from the rest; that may just be the way light hits it. I have discussed that with a staff member, and she assured me that there would be no problem for a quick re-spray of the area. I suggested sending the company photos to illustrate the point. There has been a delay in photo development, but pictures will be sent. I can't say enough good things about this company, its employees, and its work. I plan to ask this company for a bid on a stain application for my deck. I rate this company as the best one can find.

Description of Work: The front office was very responsive to my initial inquiry and then follow up questions. An estimate for my staining was given quickly and then I was scheduled for the following week. Two men came to power wash, nail boards and replace a few broken ones, and then apply stain the following day. They were professional and polite. I would recommend this company. |

Description of Work: The company did an excellent job in matching the current stain. The work was thorough and completed in one day. The power washed the fence on Monday, January 12, and stained the fence on Friday. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: I purchased a $199 deal for a deck restoration. The service went well and they did what we needed done.

Description of Work: Replaced bent fence post. Got original estimate quickly from Sales Mgr but was never contacted by office to set up actual service. After 2 weeks I called and left messages for both office and the Sales Mgr. The next day they called and setup appt for service. The turnaround time and quality of work was excellent.

Description of Work: They repaired a few boards and rehung the gate to straighten it out. They power- washed the fence and put a semi-transparent sealer/ stain on it. The color matched the old color well.
