Perfectly. They were prompt, efficient and pleasant. We had them power wash and restain the fence. After they power washed the fence, it looked great! Had we not had it in the budget to restain at the same time, that in itself was a really nice improvement. The stain work is BEAUTIFUL! The color is so rich and the fence truly looks new. We recommend them 100%!! Their cost was based on linear footage and was within $100 of the other two companies who gave us an estimate.

Great job! The technician even repaired my fence door (hinges came undone) without me requesting...and with no charge. These folks are great. Great value.

Texas Best Stain was the successful bid for our covered patio project. I felt great working with Jason from the beginning. The team was efficient and did quality work. Our project was delayed due to weather, but they kept us informed along the way. They worked with the Frisco Inspectors and saw it through to completion. They did a good job cleaning up at the end of the project. We have really enjoyed sitting out on the new patio, grilling, watching TV, and entertaining friends. I can recommend Texas Best Stain without hesitation.

They came out quickly to estimate. The team that did the power washing and staining were hard workers and did a excellent job.

Given number of reviews here in Angie's list I had them give me an estimate. They arrived on time, were friendly and itemized the estimate like I needed, but I had some questions on the estimate and that's when things went downhill. Voicemails go unanswered for days, email responses days later and with the wrong information etc. I was looking forward to working with them after meeting their sales guy / estimator, but given the inability for them to reliably communicate I cannot choose them for the job I need done.

Renewed the stain on our back fence. They weee responsive, provided much detail on the types of stains and which would be best for our fence. We had lots of brick columns between the fence panels. They were very careful to not get any stain on the brick.

There were some delays in material supply, but the company handled it very well and got the job completed. Always communicated any updates.

Quick responses and professionally scheduled and completed. Overall am happy although there are areas of inconsistent stain application. Nothing too major.

Great work done in a timely manner. They handled all approvals from my HOA and the city. The work crew kept a very tidy workplace. The owner of the company and the sales person kept a close eye on the work.

Showed up on time and as scheduled. Our project manager (Jason) was very nice and responsive to our questions. He was on vacation, but still made himself available when we had a question or needed something. Fence and shutters look great. They did a good job of avoiding overspray on plants, grass, and other structures. It is a brand new fence. We have jasmine running along one side, and I didn't realize how quickly it had spread and begin crawling up the fence. They just sprayed over it. When I pulled the jasmine off of the fence, I could see where the stain got blocked by the jasmine. It says on the estimate that trimming plants away from the fence is the responsibility of the homeowner. I asked Jason to deliver a small can of stain so I could touch up the fence, and within a couple of days, he did.

Texas Best Stain is top notch. I had 3 estimates & Texas Best Stain had the best price. After the estimate they had me scheduled for the next week. They emailed a copy of what they were going to fix & the stain they were going to use. They sent 2 reminders on the day they were coming out to complete the job.

It went well. We love our new patio!

They met all the contract requirements in a timely manner. There was a slight delay because of rainy days, but once the weather cleared the job was done.

I am happy to say that getting our fence stained was an easy & painless process with Texas Best Stain. The office staff is very nice & a real pleasure to talk to. The salesperson came out within a few days of my calling & was very professional & answered all my questions. My quote came a few days later & I was scheduled shortly after that. The workers did a great job of covering all my plants, lawn furniture & windows when they pressure washed & stained. Nothing ruined & now I have an older fence that looks brand new!

We contacted Texas Best Stain to stain our fence. They arrived at our home at the scheduled time and power washed the fence. The next day, the fence was stained and now looks like a brand new fence!

Sloppy and uneven stain job. Didn’t replace the right pickets and gave me a very hard time when I asked them to fix it. Did not apologize and were very unprofessional.
