Terra Turf Landscape

Got them through an Angie's List deal. They came while I was out, and did a wonderful job. I gave them an overall B because they did not trim the bushes. The deal was for 3 hrs labor, and I find it hard to believe that they did not have time since the leaves were already piled for them. The work they did do was very well done. Both front and back yards were very clean. The work was a steal for $89, so I won't complain about the bushes.

We were selling so I needed to have some of the areas around the house cleaned up. The first time I had them scheduled for they didn't show due to ice and extremely cold temperatures which, is completely understandable. After rescheduling they arrived on time and cleaned up all the leaves in the front and back as well as cleaned out all the flower beds. They also trimmed up all the bushes and mowed the yard. If I had to find a negative the only thing they didn't really get was some of the acorns, very minor concern to me. I'll go ahead and note for completeness that they did leave some lawn mower tracks in the back yard, this wasn't something they could control as the yard was still wet from recent ice storms, the tracks disappeared after about a week. Overall I was really pleased with everything they were able to do in an hour. I'd recommend them.

I had purchased the Mulch deal from Angie's List, and paid for the mowing and trimming separately. The crew arrived at our home on time, and they knew what they were doing. They did a great job and were super fast. There was not enough mulch to add to the backyard flower beds, so they came back after a couple of days, as promised, to finish the work. It looks great!

They came and did their work. My experience with them was okay. It was fairly average; it wasn’t great or bad. It was what I would have expected at a minimum. They weren’t so special. I had a lot of timing issues; I had to make some adjustments, but they eventually did show up at the time that was accessible.

Quality of work was excellent, just had some problems with scheduling and showing up when expected. I really wanted to be there to talk with them about exactly what I wanted done. Finally gave up and just scheduled them to come out when they wanted to, and that arrangement worked fine. If I'd been home, I probably would have had them trim the shrubs a little more/lower than they did. Also, they did not contact me, as expected, to schedule the work. I had to contact them. The first no-show could have been a miscommunication. The second no-show, they simply ran over on earlier jobs, didn't get to mine and did not contact me. That's when I just gave up and rescheduled at their convenience when I was unable to be there for the work.

Fantastic service! They arrived at 8:30 in the morning and began working immediately. An hour later, 6 shrubs had been removed (roots and all), A patch of Pampas grass was trimmed back, 8 shrubs 6 feet tall were cut back by half, 2 Bird of Paradise ornamentals were transplanted and the trimmings were neatly stacked or bagged at the curb. Will definitely use again.

They showed up on time, very professional. The workmanship was perfection. We intend to have them work with us again. Exceeded our expectations.

Upon purchase of the deal, I was contacted within 24 hours to talk about scope of work and a date for the crew to come out. The crew of 3 arrived and were well already well briefed on what needed to be done. They got to work right away and were able to finish all the requested trimming and clean-up in one hour. I was very happy with the work done.

They worked hard and fast getting everything done that I wanted. There was one glitch with a cable and the company is taking care of it and is very responsive. I will be using them for ongoing work!

They removed all the leaves that had fallen, and trimmed Shrubs, and cut the weeds, both in the front and Back yards. They did an excellent job and the lawn looks great!

It took just a while (about a week) for us to connect, but I do realize this was in the prime of their business and it was not an issue for me. (I only say this because I wasn't contacted in the two day allotted time that Angie's list said they would contact and I want others to be aware of that in the event it is an issue for them - and I did not call them to follow-up after the two days - I knew they were busy so I just waited for them to contact me - I figured they would when they had the time.) The contact person was very courteous, I have never used a landscape company before so I had no idea how much could be done in the allotted time, so I just sent them a list in order of priority for me. I wasn't here to watch them work, however my yard reeks of professionalism. I do my own bushes every year and I stood out there and wondered what it was they do that I'm apparently incapable of doing - they did an awesome job!! I came home from work after a very trying day and wow!!!...very happy to see a nice landscaped, cleaned up yard. So worth it to me! What would have taken me all weekend - done!! Love it! I will definitely call and use them again in the future. I am very impressed! Thank you for the deal and thank you for the work! It makes me happy every time I drive up to my house!

Excellent. The team did a great job.

It went very well. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal of 3 hours (3 workers for 1 hour) of work for $89.00. The crew of 3 showed up in the afternoon and replaced the flower bed borders. They worked really quickly and were done in 35-40 minutes. They were ready to do something more (to complete the hour), but I didn't have any other tasks to do. They were very polite and worked quickly. I'd hire them again.

They did a good time. It was a weird time mostly because of the weather. We had some issues but it was mostly due to the weather. Other than that, they are fine. Everything was good.

The company never contacted me, and I need the service done right away.

We bought one of the Big Deals. They came out to our home two weeks later and installed the mulch. They did a fantastic job and they were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Purchased the $89 special on Angie's List. Matt contacted us within the time stated in the special. We discussed the work to be done and when the work would be done. The team arrived yesterday and did an amazing job! They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond! Will definitely hire these guys again for the next round of trimming! They asked the buyer to select 3 dates and they did not comply with any of the three. Why ask if you are not going to honor it? Then they select a date they were going to do it on. Then they compiled the issue by not giving a time period! (who's paying who?)

I purchased this deal and then a week later was told that they did not service my area. Very disappointed that deal did not provide service area information.

The experience was very good for some time, and then, they kept leaving my back door unlocked, even though I changed the lock to their specifications, and that is why I changed services. Up to that point, they were fine. They did what they said they were going to do, and their price was similar to other providers. I called them twice about leaving my back gate unlocked, and when they did it the third time, I looked for someone else.

Spoke with rep on the phone. Explained what I needed done. He provided a price. His crew came by, installed new metal edging, delivered and spread mulch during the day. Clean up after their job. Looks great. Rep called back after job was completed to ensure I was happy with the job they had done.
