+ -1 moreIf you hire this company, make sure to really watch your cameras. We were using this company for while and just notice that they were here for about 10-15 minutes, and a bad smell on our spa, went back to look on our cameras and they were not clean neither our pool or spa or adding prooducts. There waste of money!!!

Description of Work: Summer Point came out to my house and provided a quote for a list of pool services. I called back a few weeks later and wanted to do one of the services. They refused to do the service since I did not want to do the whole quote and afterwards failed to communicate back in response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM. UNRELIABLE. NOT PROFESSIONAL. DOES NOT COMMUNICATE TIMELY. DO NOT USE.

+ -1 moreTerrible. I would NEVER use this company for service. No wonder they aren't certified or BBB accredited.
Description of Work: This company came out to prepare an estimate for my pool repair. I called back a few weeks later wanting them to repair one item on their quote list. The serviceman refused service because I would not do everything. Afterwards, they refused to communicate. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND DO NOT COMMUNICATE.
