 + -1 moreI would not recommend Service Master to anyone......... Take your time and look for fire restoration companies.......someone can help you find the right one.!
Description of Work: Lightening struck my home causing a fire. They promptly came to pack me out of my home. Eight months later, they moved me back in. They "lightly" cleaned a leather sleepe sofa and loveseat, but the smoke odor from the fire was still present. They would not total out the furniture that still smelled of wood burning smoke. Made several calls to them in regards to this issue.....always got the run-around as to why. Calls were never returned, very unprofessional, tried to charge extra for storage of property until my agent called their hand on this issue. They moved me back in, but have yet to locate a leaf for a dining room table, several house hold items have not been found as to date. Bedroom, dining room, and kitchen furniture had to be refinished, because of bumps and bruses and chemicals used on it. Still have furniture at the refinisher. The movers, Earl, Cliff and Tammy were very nice and respectful, and did an excellent job packing my home out. They were very careful with my things. I have been very disappointed in this service. It was not a pleasant experience.

 + -1 moreTHEY SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY THOROUGH. HE DID LEAVE A FEW CHEMICAL MARKS ON THE CARPET, BUT HE DID CLEAN UP MOST OF THE MARKS.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED OUR CARPETS IN OUR HOME.

 + -1 moreI can say that they were very good. There were two technicians and they worked very well together. They made sure everything was well protected and they also used updated, strong equipment to do their job. I really like the fact that no one tried to up sell the service and they did exactly what needed to be done.
Description of Work: I had them clean 3 rooms of carpet in my home. They moved some of the furniture items that needed to be moved and were placed back after they finished the job.
