+ 0 moreThe whole interaction was terrible. I feel that I was mislead and this person tried to take advantage of me.
Description of Work: Asked them to look at a leak in my tankless hot water heater on 12/22. I was told that I needed a part to repair a leak. It would take a while to get the part with the holidays. I was not called back. I called them back on 1/4 and finally received a call back from the technician on 1/7. I was told that they had not actually received the part, but they would be more than happy to replace the entire system. It appeared as if this person did not even attempt to get the part, but was stringing me along to try to get generate sales based on a repair request.

Description of Work: Water leak between street and house and under our sidewalk. They had to dig to find it, and then repair it. THey were on time and did a good job and the actual job cost less than the estimate!

+ -1 morehooked up my new faucets and replaced my old valves, I had tried to do it, but I couldn't get it to work, they were able to re-work it to get everything to work relatively quickly!!! I will use them again if I need anything!
