Description of Work: Slow to come to house to investigate a potential gas leak in the connection to the gas heater, which they originally installed.

+ -1 moreI felt the pool pump replacement was a bit high considering a new motor and associated parts goes for about $300 and he spent about two hours on the work. But there was no way I was going to have the time to do it myself. To fix the leak was $135 but he showed me how I could do it myself and save.
Description of Work: The pool pump motor was not working and needed to be replaced. Also diagnosed pool leaking water.

+ -1 moreEd Parker came out to do the estimate. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable with the work needed to be done. They scheduled a time to come out and showed up when they said they would. The work was done even quicker than estimated and looks great. We had a hard time finding a company to do this work and an even harder time finding one that we could count on to show up to complete it. We're very thankful we used Riverbend Sandler.
Description of Work: We had to have the concrete deck around our pool repaired as it was sinking in spots and no longer level. Riverbend replaced the original piers under the concrete and restored the aggregate surface.

+ -1 moreRoger was straight forward, no nonsense, and would consider them again.
Description of Work: Made an appt. to come check pool heater, as a possible header had burst during a freeze and had water shooting out of the side. They came & opened up the heater, and informed me it was not worth saving - would not recommend repair. I appreciated the truthfulness, and they by-passed the heater for the time being.

Description of Work: TOOK DOWN FENCE, BULLDOZED BACKYARD, BUILT POOL COMPLETE WITH AUTOMATED SYSTEM, ADDED CONCRETE STEPS.
