Unbelievable customer service and support. We opened a ticket with our previous IT company and got bounced around between different techs that didn't care about solving our issue only passing us on to the next person. RescueTech took ownership of our problem and got us back up and running quickly. Would highly recommend!
Description of Work: Couldn't get our email to work.

Poorly. The problem was misdiagnosed. I didn't get anything for my money but an inaccurate diagnosis.
Description of Work: My computer was freezing up getting on the internet. Rescue-Tech spent very little time and pronounced I had a bad hard drive. It was very hard to get Scott to communicate with me about why he thought I had a bad hard drive. He did not convince me that was the problem, so I paid him a fee of $40 for 1/2 hour of diagnostics. I took it somewhere else and learned the only problem was the ISP software needed to be replaced.
