I have not had any problems with my phone since the repair. Paying $119.98 was much better than $300.00 plus for a new phone.

At the shop I pulled the card out and the guy removed it from the card holder, then said his cutter would not cut Nano size or that it was broken, I wasn't sure which. But he kept fussing with the card. Only when I got it home did I realize he broke the SIM card. I think perhaps he noticed some lines on the backside of the SIM card and probably thought it was scored for Nano size, and tried to punch it out. It was not scored or I'd have done it myself. I know he was trying to help, but if he had compared it to the other Nano cards we had on the counter, he could easily have seen that where he was pushing was not Nano size. The result of him pushing his nail into it is that he broke through the opposite side into the middle of the chip causing a break and peeling. . It is totally ruined.

Richardson, TX location. I called in for Ipod touch 4G screen replacement with the quote price for $59.99 before tax. I walked in and he replaced my ipod in 20 min as he said in the phone. I am very happy with the service.

Richardson, TX location. Called in advance to get price ($84.99 before tax) and that's just what they charged me, before tax. Brought phone in, was told it would be 35-40 minutes. It actually took only about 25 minutes. They threw in a free case, which was superior to my old one.

Dropped iphone and totally shattered screen. Called Apple because I thought I had the protection for breakage. Was told I only had the extened warranty for service. FYI - $49 for service warranty, $99 for full warranty. And, with the full warranty you still have to pay about $50 for screen replacement. ATT doesn't know the difference and told me the one I got was full service. Apple said it would be $149 to repair and I had to make an appointment with the and quot;Geniusand quot; at the Apple store. Went to the internet and found Cell Phone Rescue. They have locations all over Dallas metroplex and good reviews. I took it in first thing in the morning and they fixed it while I waited. The only thing I can say was less than an A about the experience is that the location I went to was close to 15 minutes late opening and the guy who opened the store and waited on me had poor communication skills. The repair ws quick, 1/3 the price. They do make you sign a form that you understand that your warranty may be voided. Oh well. Maintaining a $49 warranty by paying an extra $100 for the repair was a good risk.

Really nice guys and reliable work. They replaced the speakers on my IPhone 3GS about 6 months ago. I had dropped it in some melted frozen yogurt! I can hear my phone ring again; and they were quick it only took a couple of hours. Recently I took it back to upgrade my software since it's unlocked I couldn't do it myself. They had it ready in an hour. Thanks Guys!
