Radiant roofing team by Robert Martin was very low pressure sales. Robert simply explained along with his carpenter what needed to be done to do a good job. I had a small leak when I had initially called him during which he gave a tip over the phone to prevent further damage at the leak. I was not in hurry to get work done and Robert accomodated to my situation. There was no nickel and diming for small items I requested such as extra vents, corner metal strip on fascia, etc. At my request Robert fully & professionally caulked the windows that I had forgotten to mention specifically during contract signup. We got energy star rated Owens Corning Shasta white roof with white painted vents and stacks. Dual color scheme of painting and painting of door jambs was excellent and neighbor asked me about it. Quality of caulking and painting crew was superb. He did not demand full or majority of payment and took the money in installments. I have recommended Radiant roofing services to neighbours and friends. Robert gave without my asking 10 year warranty against leaks and provided manufacturer warranty for roof shingles and his 10 year warranty in writing without my asking at the completion of major work items. The most important is the how professional and assuring Robert Martin is to work with. He truly is a long term contractor I will think about every time I have a major work to be done.

They added a total of 8 low lying vents for inward air and 2 turbines on top and a single turbine for the garage. So far the roof has been much cooler due to improved ventilation and utility bills are lower than my expectation.

We've used them for about five years now and they are great. They come out when they say they will come out. They have done work for me and my parents and have always done a great job. I would recommend them to friends or family. Overall, it has been a great experience.
