Mr. Paul Hall is the manager there. They are just absolutely excellent, and I got their name from the antique clock repair guy. He said this is the place when they can’t do any kind of thing that is a more contemporary piece of jewelry they refer to him. They are extremely honest, reliable, and very competent. If you have to take anything back for any reason, they keep records so even if you lose your receipt it is not impossible to get it handled correctly. The price was reasonable for the work they did. Sometimes, there are a lot of people that work in there. However, not everybody does everything so if you happen to get in the queue with the guy that does what you need and he has got several ahead of you then you have to leave it and come and pick it up. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Quikset Jewelry Repair in September/October of 2011 for antiques and jewelry appraisal.
