Description of Work: Replaced garage door opener. Installed outside keypad. Replaced garage door. Overall, a great experience. Trustworthy, honest, friendly people. They even sent me a thank you note for using them! I will call them again. I used them because a neighbor used them. | Just had an issue with the new garage door opener, one month later. They came out and replaced the circuit board (covered under warranty) free of charge. I rated them a "B" for price because I did not have time to shop around. Repairs are sometimes needed right away. They did give me some discounts for being an Angie member.

Description of Work: Plano Overhead Garage did a great job of "fixing" our problem... I thought it was a little pricey, considering they only had to re-install bolts that had been popped out when the garage door got hung on some of our stuff; however, I definitely understand them wanting to protect themselves from a future liability. I was extremely pleased with the efficiency and effectiveness of the work, so it was (in all) well worth the cost. You get what you pay for, and we got quality!

Description of Work: Service Date: 03/27/13 We've been in our house for 26 years. During that time I've called this company several times for repairs and also for replacement of my garage door and overhead door opener. They have always done a good job, arrived when scheduled, and provided excellent services and materials. This visit was for my broken overhead garage door opener. I called them at 8:00 a.m., when they first opened for business. They were at my house 30 minutes later. I've been intending to have my overhead garage opener replaced for some time now but they did not know this when they arrived. They probably could have repaired the existing one but I had already made up my mind to have it replaced. What I needed to know was the price. I liked the price so I decided to have it replaced. They had the materials and tools with them so they could get the job done without having to leave, saving time. I will call them again because I trust their know-how and because of all my experiences working with them.

Description of Work: The first company I called said they could come out between 12 and 3, which wasn't going to work for me. I called Plano and was told they had someone nearby who could be at my house within 30 minutes. He arrived even a few minutes early. He did the job beautifully, absolutely clean, and he was a wonderful young man. This company was excellent!
