FANTASTIC!!
Description of Work: We needed a new garage door opener and have had great experiences with Plano Overhead Garage Doors in the past. This morning at 8:30 we bought the coupon on Angie's List for $513 for a model 8550w opener. Before noon today, it was installed! From the call to Melissa to cash in our coupon and get on their schedule to the prompt arrival of Matt Johnson who installed the opener, everything was professional and highly customer service driven. I had gotten a quote from one of their competitors that was more than $150 higher and they could not work me into their schedule until next Monday. Can't say enough good things about Plano Overhead Garage Doors and, in particular, Matt. whose efficiency and courtesy are remarkable. He is a real asset and I will call this company every time I need help with our garage door!

Flawlessly.
Description of Work: Garage door broke and jammed in the open position at 3 PM. I have used POGD for 3 or 4 prior houses I have owned and always liked their work. The sent someone out within an hour and helped me get the door closed, then came back the next day and replaced the door and opener.
