They were quick and friendly. Replaced my door and springs in just a couple hours, awesome!

What service!! Called them after hours last night and they called us at 7:30 this am to let us know that they would be here at 8:00 am to check it out. The scheduler even set aside a second time today in case they needed to come back and replace the door (which is what happened.) Jon and his trainee were friendly and polite and got the job done in less time than originally stated. And, the cost was reasonable. DO NOT use anyone else!! They are the best.

Great, the spring was still under warranty so only a service/labor fee was charged.

The technician was able to slip us in via some spare time from a previous appointment and get our springs replaced immediately. He was prompt, courteous, polite, professionally dressed, considerate and did an outstanding job. He also looked our door opener itself over and realized it was near the end of its service life (the unit was 22 years old, it had an average service life of 15 to 18 years, so I can't complain). We now have the time to research door openers beforehand and chose what features we want.

We were having multiple problems with our garage door. When I called for an appointment they were able to fit us in the same day. Technician texted when he was on the way. He was knowledgeable, courteous and started immediately on the necessary repairs which took over 2 1/2 hrs to complete. I must add it was extremely hot that day. Overhead door is the ultimate when it comes to price, quality, punctuality and professionalism. This group is most impressive.

Prompt. We like being kept informed when technician would arrive. Office personnel were very pleasant and even move up our appt. when an earlier time slot became available.

The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with three options for resolving it along with price estiamtes for each one. I decided to have the entire door opener replaced. He was able to perform that task whiel he was here and finished in under an hour. In addition to providing two new remotes he reprogramed my existing remote and programmed the gara door opener integrated that is integrated in my wife's car.

It was great. He was able to come early and replace our broken spring. Added the second spring that the door should have (we knew this going into it). We have enjoyed both times we have used them. We will continue to use them. FYI. There are deals on Angie list at time of this review. They are not valid. I inquired to the company and they said they have already asked Angie's list to take them down. As with most supply during the pandemic, the deal is not sound anymore for both parties. I feel that I can trust the company is telling me the truth from my interactions with the front office and the techs that have come out. They have not pressured us in any way to sell higher. So I will give them the benefit.

Everything went well and the new system is amazing.

In a nut shell, I am very happy with the service, in high quality and very speedy. My garage door stopped working, found broken spring on one side. Contacted Plano Overhead Garage Door. Denise first helped me setup an appointment for next day, shortly after she called me telling one technician is available and can come in immediately. Wow! Same day service with no extra charge! Braddon arrived shortly after the call and explained what to be done, about one hour later, my garage door is back up working! So grateful for Brandon and Denise to help for the service! They replaced all three springs and the rollers for over $200 less than what Family Christian Doors charged us two or three years ago. Not that the other company was bad, but Plano OGH's workmanship was better and less expensive with no modifications needed as FCD did. Also, the door is better balanced than the one FCD repaired.

We love our new garage door. It's the best-looking garage door in our neighborhood, bar none. Juan was wonderful. He took his time and did a splendid job. We also can't believe how quiet it is compared to our old door that made quite a racket, especially when opening it. We also got a new LiftMaster opener which Juan also installed flawlessly. It's a "Smart" opener so we can open & close the garage door with our smartphones. Plus the new garage door has insulation and Juan put a seal around the door so the garage will be warmer in winter and cooler in summer. We love it and the professionalism of Juan and the Plano Overhead Garage Door company.

The entire process with Plano Overhead Garage Door was flawless. From making an appointment for a free estimate to having the door installed. When JT came to do the estimate, he was very informative and explained everything that they would be doing to install the door. The prices were very reasonable and I scheduled an install. When JT came to do the installation, he told me how long it would take and when the finished the clean up was perfect. JT explained how to use the remotes and the features on the wall panel. I highly recommend Plano Garage Door and if everyone there is as professional and courteous as JT you simply can't go wrong using this company.

Everyone at Plano Overhead Garage Door is wonderful to work with. They provide great old fashioned customer service and product quality. The door is beautiful and high quality and my garage is warmer. My door was special order and COVID did slow things down a bit but it was installed immediately after they received it. My special order door was more expensive but still affordable. I would do business with them again and again and urge you to contact them for repairs or a new door.

PLANO OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR has installed a new door at my home and replaced my daughter’s that I crashed into with my truck (don’t ask🤦🏻♀️). My daughter’s got finished before noon the day after the ‘incident’! They are all kind, knowledgeable, hardworking individuals that give their all to please. When your technician is in route, you’re sent a bio on him! Who does that?! They even leave you a can of garage door lube and show you how to care for your new door. It’s the little things that add up. Their prices are comparable and their service superior. I am giving this review because I believe they deserve your business and you deserve that superior service.

Simple call. Same-day arrival to inspect and give an estimate. Then it was repaired in an hour. The guy even reviewed my current garage door and opener and tightened up any loose bolts and replaced a few bolts he thought were smaller than they should be as part of the service. They made everything really easy

Contacted Plano Overhead Garage Door on the morning of November 25 (day before Thanksgiving). My garage door opener was no longer lifting my door. The technician arrived about an hour later. J.T. immediately identified the problem and advised that the opener gears were destroyed. He recommended a new garage door opener. I purchased the Garage Door Opener deal on Angie's List. J.T. did the complete replacement of the opener, rails, LED wall console, and explained the entire operation of the new system. job completed in an hour and a half. I'm very pleased with this company's professionalism from the initial phone contact to the technican's arrival and workmanship.
