Description of Work: They came out immediately. The spring was broke on my garage door and I could not get my car out of the garage. They fixed the spring and gave me a free key pad because I was an Angie's List customer. There was something wrong with the rollers and the worker said I didn't need to replace them immediately, but they would probably go out in anywhere from a month to 6 months. He did not try to pressure me or make a hard sell. I was very appreciative of the quick manner that they took care of the problem.
