Brian Frohock of Plano Fence came to our home to estimate the cost of a new clear cedar board-on-board 7'-0" X 160'-0" privacy fence with double trim on top and one gate for the backyard. The estimate cost was $6000.00. The price included the removal of the old fence posts (we had already removed the fence, because part of it had been knocked-down by high winds). Brian was very considerate and polite. Work began on April 15, 2014, and the crew finished in three days. On the first day, the three man crew removed all the remaining wooden posts. The crew drilled holes that were three feet deep and spaced six feet apart on center. There were three wooden posts that were previously set along the concrete driveway and patio. These post had to be chiseled-out by hand tools to the proper width and depth. All the new metal posts were set the first day in concrete. On the following Monday, the crew returned to work on adding horizontal 2" X 4" cedar rails, and then the beginning of the board-on board clear cedar fence. By the end of the day the fence was up, but the trim and the gate would have to be completed the next day. By the third day, we had a beautiful fence that would be envy of the entire neighborhood! The finish work on the fence was excellent! The crew was great, and they answered all questions and concerns. In every way, we would recommend Brian Frohock and Plano Fence to anyone!
