They determined that the house was not infested, we has a single point of contact for termites. Termites had found a break in the foundation and made entry, but none were actually present. They drilled a hole and injected termite treatment at the point of entry. They determined no other signs of termites around the house. Great family owned business, very nice people.

Sprayed around the outside perimeter of the house and all rooms inside. Family owned business - father and son alternate coming to my house. They are both very friendly and professional. If I have any pest problems between applications they come out at no charge and remedy the problem.

Problem was resolved. Ants went away.

I spoke with two different people, one to setup the original appointment and a 2nd person to reschedule the appointment due to my time conflict. They are two of the nicest people I've ever dealt with. Both were warm, friendly, responsive, informative, and my overall experience with them was one of perfect customer service. The person sent to actually perform the service exhibited the same attributes. I plan to use them in the future and took advantage of their offer to notify me every 3 months for a potential spraying. They are very reasonably priced and there is no contract or upfront annual service payment involved. It was a very simple experience which is all due to their company customer service.

We had tons of ants all over the inside and outside of our house have some rain storms and city work done on our yard. We had tons of spiders and other bugs inside and outside the house also. The tech came out to the house in a timely manner and sprayed the whole house inside and outside. The tech put baits inside the house to help out. The tech explained all of the different bugs that we saw and was very knowlegeable. Will call this company again.Thanks

We've been very pleased. Once we had ants show up between the services and they were very responsive to come and put down extra bait. It took care of the problem. My husband inherited an office that was overcome with bugs. Plano Exterminators came out and treated it once about 8 months ago and there hasn't been any further problem. We highly recommend them.

I have used them for about three years, and they have been really good. They will call me when it is time for the quarterly spraying, and I make an appointment with the receptionist. I have had no problems with this company and they do get the job done.

I have been using Plano Exterminator for over 20 years and they are great! They are reasonably priced and don't try to sell you services you don't need. I have them come every 3 months to keep my home pest-free. They will come back and treat again if bugs are seen during the 3 months.

I have them do this like every four or five weeks. They have some weird looking cockroaches in Texas. Thank goodness I have never seen them here. The charges they run all depend on what package you buy. I just pay them each visit. They do offer yearly contracts as well. They were working here for a previous owner so we just kind of took over with him. They are very good and I am very pleased with them.

The last time was to have them do some pest control of cicada killers and I think it was around $80 to spray all around the foundation. They clean up after themselves, and very conscious to tell me about how to handle my dogs around the treatments.
