 + -1 moreThe provider never responded to my initial contact to schedule an appointment. I sent two emails (one on 3/30 and one on 3/31 based upon the email form on their website) and tried multiple times throughout the work-day during their normal business hours and got only a busy signal. I did not give them an "F" because I never found out how well they provide services. They may be out of business.

 + -1 moreMy fairly new washing machine stopped working. Despair - having the ability to do laundry in my own home is one of the best arguments for home ownership I can think of! I googled appliance repair and found Sidney. The recommendation from Angie's List didn't hurt, but what most impressed me were the recommendations posted on his website - http://appliance-repairs-plano.tx-biz.com. I called him, we were able to set up an appointment in the next few days (at the end of the day, because i work), he arrived on time, diagnosed the problem almost immediately (knows his computer codes!), and fixed it in the same visit. He is in every way a professional.
Description of Work: I am shamefully late in writing this review - Sidney Short is a professional in every sense of the word. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with my washing machine within 15 minutes of looking at it (probably quicker than that - he knows LG equipment!), and repaired it within an hour. His price was reasonable, & he left my laundry room clean! I would recommend him to everyone looking for a knowledgeable professional to repair your appliances.
