Nothing But Clean

Starting with Jocelyn and Ron and including Shawn and Jon, who did the window washing, the experience was top-notch. This isn't the first time I've had Nothing But Clean, and it won't be the last. As was the case last time, they did a fabulous job on all the windows and mirrors. When it rained within a couple of days, Ron came back and touched up the exterior windows that needed it. These people are pros. They don't over-promise and under-deliver. Quite the opposite; they exceed expectations.

This is the second time I have called Nothing But Clean to clean the gutters on my house and was not disappointed. Jocelyn, the office manager, was very friendly and helpful as she arranged the date for cleaning. Justin and Tyler began working shortly after 9:00 AM on the appointed day. I could hear them working and appreciated that they did the repairs even though I didn't request them. The cost for the work was fair. I will be using this company again, for sure; they provide other services that I will need in the future. I highly recommend Nothing But Clean to anybody who values excellent work, fair pricing and honesty.

They run a little late coming to the job (rainy day, I believe) , but they made sure to keep me informed and ask for agreement. Otherwise, their work was excellent. Nice and friendly crew, diligent work and wonderful results. They even charged me some less than first quoted since they made a mistake counting the windows at the beginning! So, add honesty to a great job!! Definitely A+ Thanks!

Nothing But Clean returned a phone call promptly and then called again when they had a cancellation to let me know I could get an earlier time since I was on a tight schedule. They came out the day prior to cleaning to give an estimate and confirm time. The crew arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and well. Every person I spoke with from the receptionist to the workers was polite, friendly, and professional. I am very pleased with their service, I feel I paid a fair price, and they were very easy and pleasant to work with. I would absolutely use them again and would confidently recommend them to others.

They had someone come out to count our windows to give us an accurate quote, complimentary. Scheduling with Jocelyn was easy and a great experience, she is very sweet. I mentioned that out of the 50 windows, we only really needed 41 washed so she gave us the 40 window rate. The guys called ahead of time of our appointment. They arrived within their scheduled time range and were professional and friendly. It was a time consuming job and they worked hard at it. They noticed a lot of over spray on our windows from all of the construction around our street. They asked if I was satisfied and I was very much so. I hope the clean will last a while but when its time I will be calling them again! Heather

Two service men showed up to do the job. They were there when they said they would be. They cleaned all the windows inside and out with care and in a timely manor. I believe the job was more then they expected, it was the first time the windows were cleaned since the house was built. They remarked it was more work then typical but they did not hassle us on price our quality of work. The job was 35 windows, two stories. It took them several hours of hard work. We were pleased with the result and would use them again.

Easy to schedule, they showed up on time, cleaned out all of the gutters and most importantly cleaned up after themselves. I had to do ZERO cleanup. Thank you!

They arrived early, but notified me before they arrived. The crew was very courteous, and removed all leaves from gutters as well as rinsed out the smaller items.

WARNING!!!!! "NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS" IS A BETTER NAME!!! DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!!! NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL!!!! WILL OVERSCHEDULE AND LEAVE YOU HANGING AND THEN HAVE AUDACITY TO BLAME IT ON YOU!!!! I called this provider because I was in a hurry to get my gutters cleaned. The leaves fell very late and I have a white stucco house so its a big problem if it rains. I called on a Friday morning and Ron answered. He quoted me a price subject to his verifying the size of my house I had given him, which he said he could do early Monday morning, followed by the cleaning Tuesday morning. I gave him all of my info and he confirmed he would come by between 9-10 am Monday. We spoke for over 20 minutes about the details, house location, type etc. Because I was in such a hurry to get it done, I went to great lengths to make arrangements to be there Monday morning since the back yard is gated off. HE DIDNT SHOW!!. Instead I received a call from him around 11:00 in which he said he wasn't going to be able to make it and made up this absurd story that he had worked for me before and had some problem. I told him I had never used him and had no idea what he was talking about. It was obvious he was lying because if what he said had really happened he would have told me when I called the prior week and gave him all my info. Instead, he lied to me to "keep me on hold" I guess in case he needed the work. I now have to start over 4 days later and am in a real jam trying to find someone to get the work done this week. Ron and his company are Nothing But Scammers!!!!

Fantastic job. Arrived on time, very professional and did a great job at making sure all of the windows were cleaned to our satisfaction. We just recently used them again. Would highly recommend.

The two man crew showed up a little early which was great and they went right to work. The worked very fast and had all the windows complete in about 2 hours. The quality was pretty good overall. I have a couple of windows where the sprinklers hit and there are water spots that are harder to remove. In my opinion they did a fair job on that. However, all the other windows were perfect. Did not see any streaks at all. I have typically had the windows cleaned twice a year. The company I used prior was excellent, but one of the business partners passed away, so I had to change companies. The question of will I use this company again, yes I will. I liked them. We need to work on getting those harder to clean windows (water spots) better, but again overall, very satisfied.

They came out and did the work and it did not go well. My wife was there for the whole experience. The windows still had streaks even after the husband came out.

AMAZING!! Justin and Michael did an amazing job on our dirty windows. My husband and I didn't know how pretty it was outside (no, really, honest, we're drooling now when we look out the windows!). They arrived exactly when they said they would; finished in 2 hours, like they said they would; and we were very pleased. Thank you Justin/Michael/Jocelyn!

They bent over backwards to meet our timelines.

The experience was great from the estimate to the finished job. We are very satisfied with the job, the professionalism of the crew, and their punctuality.

Super guys doing the work! Windows sparkle! Screens are dust free! Excellent work done in a reasonable time! Will use them again!

Two guys completed the job and it went great. They were able also to remove upstairs screens and do a quality job even though another provider had told me that the screens were painted on and he could not remove them. Cleaned windows inside and out and even cleaned one impossible to reach blind for me. Great job and good price.

Called when they were 15 minutes away to say they were on the way. Started working immediately. These guys love their work and it shows. I did not know how dirty my windows were until they finished. Great job and great communications.

They were really bad. They had a problem. They broke one of the bushes outside but we just let it go. We figured we just would not use them again. They just unstopped the gutters but they didn't wash the gutters or anything. It was expensive. I would never use them again.

Came when expected, on time, and were careful and safe at all times; help us discover bee hive.

Today's service was a reschedule from my original appointment. On the original date, the crew lost a man to a family emergency and the delayed time they offered that day just didn't work for me. During this original date appointment, Ron (crew leader) kept in contact with me about the timing issue, which I really appreciated. They offered to schedule me the next Saturday, but that didn't work either. Today, they showed up on time and got right to work. They worked very quickly, quietly and efficiently. All workers were very respectful of my time and property. I was surprised that it took them only about 90 minutes to do 38 windows.

A representative first came by and provided an estimate for the job. I called to schedule. They arrived on time. The gutters had not been cleaned out in years. They removed a lot of muck, leaves, and debris. They cleaned up after themselves and very little of the debris from the gutters was left behind. It could have been a total mess but they did an excellent job. I won't wait so long to get them cleaned again. The price was very fair given the mess and the fact that I have gutters all around the house.

I was very happy with Chris and his partner. It was particularly good of them to postpone doing my exterior because of the thread of rain.
