Description of Work: Cleaned gutters I called Nothing But Clean on Monday, November 25 and spoke with Sam Henderson. After I explained the service I needed, he asked how I learned about his company; I told him I found his service in Angie's List. He said It would be Friday, November 29 before somebody could come and assess the situation. On Friday, I received a call from Cody; he explained that some of the service crew did not show up for work and that he could not come to my home a)s planned. (This was the day after Thanksgiving.) He asked if he could come on Monday, December 2 between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM; I said that would be fine. It was after 10:00 AM when he He did come on Monday Cleaned gutters Cleaned gutters I called Nothing But Clean on November 25, 2013 and spoke with Sam. I told him the gutters needed to be cleaned; he said it would be November 28 before somebody could come to my home to assess the situation. On Friday, November 29, Cody, who was to come for the assessment, called and said that his crew didn't show up and that it would be Monday, December 2, before he could come out. I told him that would be fine. Cody came to my home Monday morning to assess the mess (which it was). He said a crew would be at my home on Thursday, December 5 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. I was not at home during the cleaning but it appeared that Ron and his crew did a very good job. Everybody was pleasant and understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Nothing But Clean to my relatives, friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: My wife purchased a Juice in the City deal for cleaning 20 windows Jan 24 2012. When she called for an appointment to get the work done, the owner became extremely annoyed when he found out he was going to have to send a crew from Plano to Lantana for only 20 windows and began to try to sell more services to make the job "worth his while". He was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. My wife then told him to forget it and proceeded to get the money returned form Juice in the City.

Description of Work: The guys arrived on time, told me what to expect while they were working and got right to work. A few of my windows had old solar film that needed to be removed, too. I was working at home and they were quiet and did not disturb me. They pointed out a cracked window I did not know I had. At the last minute, I asked them to clean my small garage door windows that I forgot about. They cleaned them plus a small interior window in the utility room door.
