Description of Work: I used this service for years. Early on there was damage to my gutters but we got past it and I continued to use the service. Then I found more damage to my gutters after a recent cleaning. Despite being the only people who touch the gutters they denied any responsibility. After the same gutter cleaning service day I found this leaf blocker on the ground next to my house. I had placed it in the gutter to prevent leaves from blocking the underground drainage system. When I asked about that and how/why it was removed they basically refused to discuss it further. Now I'm left to inspect the gutters for other damage, replace and other leaf blockers, and fix the damage to the gutters myself. I think they did a good job cleaning the windows. Unfortunately you will have to inspect for any damage right after they leave.

+ -1 moreThe original estimate was for $130 but they re-estimated because I had four storm windows where they could not clean the interior because they were siliconed onto the house. They didn't realize it when they gave the first estimate, but were very professional, brought it to my attention, and adjusted the price. Andrew and Justin were very, very professional even to the point that they took their shoes off when they came in and out of the house. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They are certainly an asset to their company. I would definitely use this company again.
