Nothing But Clean

Since the windows were extremely dirty to start with, they did look pretty good after the work, in comparison. However, after my family visit was over, I noticed that the large windows on the back side of the house, facing the pool, were very streaky.

I called and canceled. Had a crew here and they would do the cleaning; didn't want to waste Sam's time, but would definitely call him to clean my gutters. Very courteous and professional. Thanks Sam, we'll talk again.

They did a great job cleaning the windows. I had a scheduling conflict and Sam was very nice in rescheduling. This is a BIG plus for such a small job.

They arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job.

Always on time they put everything back how it was on the inside of my house to get to the windows. They are always prompt and polite and do a great time.

The experience was great. They came and gave me an estimate the day I called them, they came and cleaned the windows a week later. He was very pleasant and I thought it was great.

They were very responsive in getting out for a bid and were on time the day of service. They did a very good but not great job. We called after the service was performed and asked them to return to fix some things they missed. They did return promptly and were very courteous and redid the areas they missed the first time. Overall satisfied and would use again.

I called yesterday and he was coming to give me a bid today. He called this morning and said there was a cancellation could they come this a.m.? They gave me the bid and did the work promptly with no fuss. Well done. I'll use them again. Nice to use someone who does exactly what he says he will do.

It was great! I called for an estimate and they came out promptly. They called back with an estimate and I scheduled the work to be done. They arrived in the window given and did a very good job.

Two very nice young men came out to my house on time and were very professional and did a great job.

Everything went just fine. They didn't come through the house at all and the job didn't take them too long to do. They came on time and the price was reasonable. They didn't leave any streaks and it was worth the cost.

I have a small house so I don't have many windows They cleaned my gutters for free and I don't have a lot of those either. They were very friendly. They were also very professional. It was good work all round. I recommended them to my daughter and she loved them.

I have used this company twice in the past and was extremely satisfied. Unfortunately, this wasn't one of those times. One man showed up to do all the cleaning. After he was finished, I inspected and saw our patio door wasn't even done (which was very obvious location). He also took me upstairs to show me a window he couldn't reach; however, I know it's pretty high up, but the last two times they have reached that particular window. After he left, I noticed the main windows in the den were not clean on the bottom. I had to clean those windows again myself. Also, the upstairs furniture was not placed back in their original location--they were out in the middle of the floor and I had to struggle to get them back into place. As if this wasn't frustrating enough, I noticed my back gate was left open. Fortunately I noticed it because we were headed out of town and I had a pet sitter coming to the house. The gate wasn't in a location to be noticed by the sitter, so my dog could have gotten loose and it scares me to think what could have happened.

I called to get an estimate and they were able to give an approximate cost by phone. They were able to come the next day to look at my windows and tell me the exact and cost and were able to start work immediately. I have storm windows so the storm windows had to be taken off to be washed and to be able to clean in between the windows. It got very windy before they finished which complicated things but they still got the job done without breaking their necks! The windows look great and the price was great, too! In some places it looks like you could put your hand right through the window they are so clean. Now I can enjoy having my blinds up and looking out my windows.

Great communication. The estimate was exactly what they charged. The windows look fabulous. They even cleaned out my window sills on the inside. Said they would be there between 8 and 9 and got there at 8:20. Very pleasant and not as much as a streak left behind on the windows.

The company sent two men who arrived exactly at the scheduled time, calling a few minutes ahead to say they were close to arrival. The workers were very nice and courteous, and the work was done carefully and without incident within a few hours. The windows looked spotless and no problems were found from their ladders or washing liquid either inside or outside the house. This was the best window cleaning we have had while living in the area (since 1990).

Nice crew - neat, polite and efficient. The windows were 'extremely' dirty/dusty/cob-webby and now they are sparkling!
