Nothing But Clean

We had a very large double paned windown that had never been cleaned. We didn't want to replace it so we searched Angies List for a company. OKAY-THIS IS IN CAPS BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST SERVICE COMPANY I HAVE ***EVER*** HAD! They were so professional, on-time, I could go on and on! It was very difficult to get the outside window down, most groups would have given up, but they kept trying, called out the big guns, and did an incredible job. Anyone who doesn't use these guys is just plain crazy! They are honest, hard-working and smart! They also cleaned out all our gutters (which were a mess) and you couldn't even tell they had been there, they cleaned the front and back yard up so well. All this for $250. I love these guys, wish I had more work for them to do. Too bad they don't clean and polish wood floors!

Very professional. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. Cody was easy to work with and made sure that everything was perfect. I will continue to use them.

Not as good as last years guys who cleaned my home from the same company. Inconsistent for the price. They are higher than any other team I have used in the past from other companies. Lot's of steaks, tracks and screens outside not cleaned very well.

It went very well! They arrived and began cleaning the inside and another worked began the gutters. I received a call close to the time of arrival because of a schedule conflict. I appreciated the call and they arrived when they estimated. This is the second time I have used them and I will continue to do so. I have also recommended them to others.

the company was prompt and professional. They were able to come out within a few days of the estimate. Their price was very competitive ad they did a thorough cleaning of all of our gutters and downspouts (which were all clogged!).

He came to my home. When I spoke to him on my initial call, I asked if he was bonded and insured. I had a past situation where the window cleaner broke a window that I was utlimately responsible for because they were not licenced and insured. He told me he was top rated on Angie's List so I scheduled an appointment and I asked him to fax me over a copy of his insurance info, per his suggestion. Before the appointment, the weather was looking really bad, so I called to reschedule and asked him for it again. I have asked him for his insurance info since Monday and it is now Thursday. I didn't think he had insurance and I decided to cancel my appointment with him. He got mad and told me that he didn't want my business anyway and hung up the phone. Ultimately, he did call back and apologize but I will not be using his service.

I've never experienced such outstanding results from a service cleaning my windows. First of all, I called late yesterday afternoon and spoke with Ron. He said it would be a day or two for them to get out to do an estimate. Jamie, a very pleasant and nice young man, showed up around 1000a this morning just to give me an estimate, less than 24 hours of my phone call to Ron. Estimate - AWESOME, considering it included cleaning the INSIDE of the windows as well, along with washing the solar screens. (Approximately the same as previous service I used that did NOT clean the insides). After approving the job/estimate, Jamie told me he was available right now to do the job; I was very pleased to hear that. Great prompt service all around. Jamie did an EXCELLENT job, inside and out. He was pleasant, neat and professional, hard working, and cleaned up after he worked in each area of my home. (My cocker pup obviously loved his company as she followed him from room to room!) Windows are SPARKLING, tracks cleaned, window sills cleaned and Solar Screens washed! I highly recommend this company, and particularly Jamie. KUDOS FOR A JOB WELL (VERY WELL) DONE! Thanks to all for prompt excellent service.

I have used them for about three years. The last time I used them they missed some spots on the windows. I called to let them know and they were more then happy to come out and re-do them.

I thought their price was very reasonable and they were punctual. They missed two windows though, so they weren t terribly thorough.

I did not time Ron but he seemed to be here around a hour/hour and half. He left the job site clean and was very professional. Windows are very clean and no streaks! Ron also let me know about a broken seal on one of my windows.

They take Saturday appointments! When I needed to reschedule my first appointment, it was no problem. I was given a 1 hour window for the employee to arrive from 12:00-1:00 and he arrived on time at 12:15. He gave me my estimate based on the number of windows, less the first time discount. He was very clean, quiet and respectful. He moved furniture when needed and put it back exactly as he found it. I was so grateful that he cleaned the platform over my front door. I cannot reach and he changed the light bulbs in my entryway fixture, which is too tall for my ladder. I had to leave before he had finished the outside, but I had no doubt that he would complete the job and do it well. When I returned, the job was complete, my windows looked amazing and my receipt was in the door. I could not recommend them more highly.

It was very helpful in getting the condo sold. They gave me an estimate and that's what I paid. They came on time and worked quickly. They were very professional and very careful about the house.

The 2 man crew showed up on time and ready to work. They patiently explained what they would be doing and were very considerate because I was working from home. They took off their shoes and wore booties to keep the floors clean inside the house. The windows are so clean that it's hard to tell that the windows are closed.

They showed up on time. They actually showed up before I got home and did the outside of the windows first. It was a two-guy crew who did a good job. I do not have any complaints about anything.

Jamie and Cody were pleasant and easy to work with; careful in moving things; when they finished it was like they had never been there, except that the windows and mirrors sparkled.

Overall, they did an excellent job. The were prompt and courteous and my windows were sparkling clean. I will definitely use them again and I won't wait so long to have clean windows.

The experience went exceptionally well. I had no problems with the company. In fact, the company was a prominent referral on Angie's List and this company gave me the lowest bid of the referrals I got from Angie's List. The phone contact with the receptionist there also impressed me the most as well. I was extremely happy with them and their work.

Cody & Jeremy did a great job. Cody re-did any areas my husband and I thought we saw spots or streaks but it usually turned out to be imperfections in the glass rather than something they missed. Cody also cleaned 2 light fixtures in our 2 story foyer and dining room that my husband and I can't reach.

They did a great job. We had just had tile flooring installed throughout so there was a lot of grout dust on the inside, and outside we had stamped concrete work done so the screens were really coated. They stuck with their standard estimate, including a 10% discount for first time cleaning. And they pointed out some minor flaws in a few of the window's glass since the builder was still working in the area and could have replaced them if we cared.

They did exactly what they said they were going to. They showed up on time. They responded quickly to my call. I was able to get an appointment easily and quickly with them.

Called me to say they would be a bit early. They not only cleaned my windows and tracks, but cleaned my screens too. Since I had so few windows, I had a minimum charge and thought it was worth every cent!
