Excellent!!!! I couldn't be happier. My home is 40 years old. The windows and siding now look brand new and they had been very, very dirty. The team showed up on time and worked straight through the day. They did a great job and I highly recommend.

I initially contacted Nothing But Clean for window and gutter cleaning. I liked that when they assessed the work and determined that the gutters didn't need to be cleaned, they informed me rather than perform work that didn't need to be done. The pricing on the window cleaning was inexpensive and we were very pleased with the quality. The technicians were punctual, calling me when they were on their way. The work was performed quickly and no mess was left inside my home.

Ron, the general manager, came out and did a free estimate of the job, gave me the 20% that they had as a special on their website. Gutter on garage had pulled away from fascia on one side and was loose in the middle on the other. Although they don't do gutter repairs, Ron said they would reattach if gutter nails were found [I purchased gutter nails myself for about $10 before they came to make sure they were available]. Cleaned and bagged everything, were very careful not to dirty my windows [I had a bad experience with another company last year where my windows ended up being filthy from gutter trash]. I no longer use gutter guards because I've found them to be ineffective, so there was a lot of stuff, including tree branches. At the end, the head of the team noticed that the back deck hadn't been completely swept up and made sure to do that before leaving. The final charge on the job matched the estimate exactly

Excellent service. They were so polite and efficient. They worked very well as a team. They called to say they were running a bit late due to traffic and kept us informed by phone of their whereabouts. They did an incredible job!. As I mentioned, they even had a fleece duster and cleaned the window sills too. They carefully took down the screens and carefully yet securely replaced them. They took great care not to drip water or make any mess. I was impressed! They were fast yet did a great job. They were constantly working, not standing around. I cannot recommended them more highly!

Billy and Kevin arrived on time and after a brief discussion of what was to be done, they went to work. They were quiet, efficient and did a very good job. Since these were french windows and it had been a while since the last cleaning, the job took all morning and part of the afternoon but this was quicker than had been done by others previously. The windows looked great when they had finished and I was very pleased with job they had done.

Nothing But Clean arrived within the time window promised. They placed protective covering on the floors when they used ladders to clean high windows. They worked quietly, efficiently, and stayed focused on their work. The next day, I examined the windows as the morning sun shined through them. Nothing But Clean did a very through and professional job. There were no streaks or smudges on any of the windows. I was able view my lower gutters from my second story, and they were clean a clear of clutter. My windows and gutters are now...... "Nothing But Clean."

They did a good job on the windows. Only complaint would be that they left the first day because it started raining and no one called us for several days to tell us when the job would be completed.

Great service and puctuality.... Really clean too

In our most recent heavy rain, one of my gutters was pouring water out of one of the side gutters. Sam responded promptly to my call, set up his ladder, and spent about 5 minutes cleaning out a small amount of debris. The gutter will actually need repair, which Sam does not do. He did not charge me a trip fee and was very courteous and informative as to what had to be done. A great experience with a very fair gentleman.

Overall the service and end results were great. Windows completely brightened up our home. The only glitch was on price. We chose to do only first floor windows to save money, but because of their pricing procedure, we paid almost as much as we were originally quoted to clean windows on first and second floors.

Excellent, the two workers showed up on time (even a bit early - they sweltered in their truck until it was time to come in). They washed all the windows, including some very hard to reach 2nd story portal windows and all shone! They left no mess - I could hardly tell they had been in the house after they left. They did knock a dryer vent off the side of the house that i found later but all and all an excellent experience. We will definitely use them again. they were also the most cost effective of any of the window washers we contacted.

When I called the owner walked me through the details of the service, gave me the info I needed to estimate the cost (he also offered to come give an estimate, but I didn't think that was necessary given the Angie's list rating), and offered me the Angie's list discount as soon as I told him I found his company here. A two many crew arrived on time and did a thorough job. They were quite pleasant, polite and clean. And the price matched my estimate. Would definitely use them again.

I live in a 2 story home and needed to have my gutters cleaned and my windows washed. My home is a modern design home so it has many windows (over 40) with and several are located 20 feet above the ground. Nothing But Clean, came and gave me a very fair quote, and then Sam called the following day to see if I had any questions regarding the quote. I was going out of town, so they worked with me to schedule a date when I returned. They were able to complete the outside work and I only needed to be home towards the end of the job. The work was great and they were very professional and fast. I highly recommend them and will use them in the fall and spring for both gutters and windows.

The two men arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They kept me informed of progress. All glass surfaces were quite dirty, and the end product was very nice. I am appreciative of their willingness to clean the glass globe fixtures and the mirrors. I will certainly use this company again and would recommend it to anyone looking for quality work.

Not so good. Sam called me back quickly. We set up an estimate for Friday 3/26 "either before a 12 noon appointment or after the job is done". I was fine with that. I called at 3:30pm just to make sure they were still coming since it was a Friday afternoon. Sam assured me they were getting done more quickly than expected and they were still coming. At 5:30pm Sam called again to say the job was taking longer than expected because the person kept asking them to clean more things. Sam really tried. Offered to come out 5 days later and do the job for 50% off. I was quite frustrated after sitting and waiting for 6-1/2 hours and declined the offer. They were quite professional in keeping me up to date, it just did not work out and I did not want to wait any longer after waiting all day for the estimate. Got the sunroom cleaned by another company the next day.

We called ahead for an estimate which he repsonded to very promptly. We set a date/time with Sam. He was punctual, did the work himself very carefully and very thoroughly. His invoice was exactly what he gave us in the estimate. The cost includes tax. The quality of the work was superb!

This was definitely a 'split' decision on this company. The actual window cleaning was excellent and the two young men were pleasant and professional. We definitely would have used them again in the future. However, during the cleaning of the two hanging light fixtures a glass panel in one was dislodged and shattered when it fell. We were assured that they would repair the panel holder, replace the glass and reinstall it. It is now four weeks later during which we initiated two phone calls and received only empty promises. The issue remains unresolved. ########## the issue has been resolved to our complete satisfaction##########

Prompt and professional - great quality work.

The two gentlemen arrived on time, got to work, and moved very quickly. The windows were cleaned very well with soap and water (mixture of dawn detergent). They had all the necessary ladders for the highest windows. They were friendly, but professional and I was impressed by how quickly they got the job done. They let me know before they started the job what the price would be, since it would be different from the advertised price I saw on Angie's list. This was because I had 50 or so windows and the advertisement was for a max of 40. That was fine. I was glad to get the job done. I will definitely use them again.

They are very nice people and they are very professional. The windows are few years old and they cleaned all the windows.

My experience with them was good. They came out one day when I had gone to work. Sometimes I have questioned whether they actually took the screens off and cleaned the tracks like they said they were going to do. I never did follow up with them any further, but I noticed some of the tracks where the screens are were not clean. Other than that, I think they did a nice job.

called prior to coming in the morning. all went well per housekeeper. They look so much better. Asked for quarterly cleaning.

Was extremely pleased with the service from the first call to completion of the work. The crew was extremely careful of the indoor floors. Would definitely recommend them and certainly plan on using them again.

Very well! They showed up when they said they would and even called when they were on their way. They answered all my questions and were very patient when the sprinkler repair people were here working at the same time!
