Nothing But Clean

Good job, good service and very polite and professional crew.

This was the first time I used Nothing But Clean for our windows and I would not hesitate to use them again. I called and was able to get an appointment on the day I requested. I was also given a discounted rate that they were offering for February. The workers arrived promptly, worked quickly and did a thorough cleaning both inside and out of 38 windows. They took care to clean up after themselves and even spent time "touching up" missed spots (although I could not see even see the spots!). They were extremely polite and pointed out windows with broken seals and other problems before cleaning them.

They're quite good and I just keep calling them back again. They're really good. Every time I call them, they pick up the phone, or else they call me right back. They schedule a day and they always show up the day they're supposed to. They bring 2 guys and they are very efficient. They go through all of those windows and light fixtures, usually in the morning. Which amazes me, if I did it myself it would take me a week. They clean the screens and it always looks really nice. I'm just going to keep calling them, I hope they never go out of business.

Called for estimate just before New Year's Day. Ron & Kevin appeared at the agreed time on January 2nd to makes estimate. Original estimate was for gutters only. However, they offered and I accepted an estimate for window cleaning, too. The estimate included both a "package" discount and a first-time customer discount. After estimates, they said there was time available that afternoon to complete both jobs, which I accepted. They returned in the early afternoon and completed the jobs. The work was well done and timely. They moved efficiently through the inside of the house cleaning windows, drying window sills and replacing shades and other items carefully.

I emailed Nothing But Clean on Sunday with approximately 25-30 windows that I thought needed cleaning. Sam got back to the me the very next morning with an approximate estimate based on my count. . He then came out and gave me a more accurate estimate based on the actual number of windows that I needed cleaned. I had 36 windows. I was very impressed that he stopped by my home without me having to be there and then called to give me the final estimate. I set up a time for them to come out and received a call that they would like to come earlier if I didn't mind. Cody and Chris showed up an hour early to start the job. Boy oh Boy! What a fantastic job they did on my 10-year old dirty windows. I even asked them to clean a floor to ceiling mirror above my fireplace and it looks brand new! Thank you Sam, Cody and Chris for a wonderful job with my windows. They were very clean and no messes anywhere! I have already recommended them to a friend. I'll be calling again!

I was able to get same day service, which was very surprising. The guys who came out to do the work were VERY professional and did an exceptional job. They kept me informed the whole time of any pre-existing problems they found with my windows. I have a few windows that are very high and difficult to reach from the inside, and they were able to get them without a problem. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and the windows are spotless!

I called Sam on a Tuesday to see about getting an estimate, he said if I left the gate unlocked he could send someone out to take a look at the job, which was to clean gutters and I asked him to have them take a look at the paint spill I had at the edge of my driveway, where some paint had spilled after a trash pickup. He said he would send someone out the next day and they would leave me an estimate. I left the gate unlocked however there was no estimate left on Wednesday. So I called Sam on thursday to see if anyone had gone out to do the estimate. He took my info again and said yes they did, I told him there was no estimate left, he said they called it in to him. So he told me it would be $110 with the discount from angies list for the gutters and $60 for the paint spill powerwash if they were able to get it up. I ask what was the estimated time frame it would take and he said roughly 2 - 3 hours. depending on how many guys was working on the gutter/powerwash? Anyway I set up for them to come out on Friday to do the work. I called Sam around 7:30am Friday morning to cancel the powerwash (portion of the job) he said he would let the guys know. They showed up approx. at 8:45am I heard the powerwasher so I assumed they didnt get the message; however they did get all of the paint spill up and that was ok with me. The gutter cleaning went faster than i thought as well. I beleive they were done with the whole job in 45 minutes. From what I can see the gutters look very clean and the paint spill is gone! My only suspect is if they really came out to do an estimate or not, and that I didnt get it in writing as Sam said it would be; I also had to pay sales tax which was a little strange to me. But all in all I take responsibility I should have gotten at least 2 written estimates as planned (however the other company off Angies list I called never called back) and I wanted it done asap and Nothing But Clean did it. Yes I would consider using them again but i will also get other estimates as well and in writing.

We had a great experience with Nothing But Clean. Two days after I inquired about their window washing services, they visited my house and followed up with a detailed quote. Two days later, they were at my house at the scheduled date and time. I am not sure how many people they had at my house, but it took just over two hours to clean 44 windows, both inside and outside. About 1/3rd of the windows are on the second story and required a 24 foot ladder. Consequently, these windows had not been cleaned in years and had a significant build up of water stains. I wanted to have my windows cleaned before I put my house on the market. The difference between the before and after was amazing, and I fully believe it is one of the reasons I was able to sell my house to the first person that looked at it.

This company had previously cleaned out my gutters last spring. As was the case with the guys who came to clean the gutters, the individual who came to clean my windows was very nice, very professional. I live out in the country and he was careful not to track dirt inside my home which I appreciated. He cleaned all the windows inside and out. It did not take him too long but he did just an excellent job. The windows, the tracks, the screens are all spotless. I'll definitely hire this company again.

I used Nothing But Clean to clean the interior and exterior of all of the windows in my house. My windows look amazing!! I was told they would be here between 12 and 1pm and they arrived right at 12pm. They got straight to work and were very professional. I will definitely use Nothing But Clean again and recommend them to anyone needing their windows cleaned.

It was a good service. He was good and he was on time. He came the day that I wanted. He performed the service in 4 hours. The guy was pretty careful. I was very happy with the service. He was fast and he had all the equipment.

They are very good. I am going to call them back and use them again. I was very pleased with their work.

The two workers arrived on time with all the equipment and product they needed. They worked swiftly and answered any questions I had which I wanted a glass blocked window to be cleaned (they cleaned it, it didn't add any cost to the quote). I also was concerned that the attic window on the front facing of the house might not get cleaned. I understood perfectly the workers not wanting to step on the beams in the attic to get to the window. This organization also helped us identify flaws that have developed in the window panes of several windows. We are working on having those windows replaced; most likely we would have been a longer time before noticing the flaws in the window had we not scheduled the window cleaning this year. This discovery regarding the flaw in the window pain was as a result of my asking about an area on a window which I thought had not been cleaned so I asked the worker about it. He pointed out to my husband and I that this was actually a condition that developed between the window panes. We have been in this house 5 years so our windows are still under warranty (10 year warranty). We also greatly appreciated the timeliness of how the two gentlemen worked since we had other plans so the 2 hours went fast and before too long we were able to pay them and leave to go do our other errands. We will most likely use this organization again. We will also recommend this organization to neighbors and friends.

We have used them for about ten years, I think. We have a house of over 4,000 square feet, and then we have chandeliers and high ceilings. It seemed like a lot of money to me. I'm sure they're more expensive than some competitors. To me, it comes down to the quality of the work and how much you can trust the guys. I didn't bid out the project. The quality of the work was good. The guys were careful, and they did an excellent job. I don't have to worry about it. I'm really comfortable with them.

We had a little communication issue at first, but the job was done extremely well.

We can’t think of anything that we disliked or not happy with. They did a fine job and we thought that their prices were competitive.

I have no idea when our gutters were last cleaned as I could see masses of leaves sticking out of the gutters when I looked up from the ground. The team did a thorough job of cleaning out all the accumulated dirt and leaves. They took off all the screens to clean the windows and cleaned up the dirt on the window sills. Quite a bad storm and gone through the area the night before so I am sure the windows and gutters had attained more leaves. They left our windows sparkling clean and the team was both punctual and very courteous. Very happy with the company.

I called to arrange a quote on Tuesday June 14th. Cody came out to give me a quote on June 16 which I accepted. He was supposed to call me back that afternoon to give me a work date, but did not call. The following morning, I called and left a message and Cody called me back to arrange the work date of June 27. This was the only glich in the whole experience. Cody called on Monday June 20 to let me know that there had been a cancellation and I agreed to have the work done that day. The crew of two young men arrived on time and performed the work. Now, I need to wash the insides to compliment the beautiful exterior.

It was easy to get a written estimate. I called back several weeks later to schedule the work and he honored the estimate. They showed up on time to do the work and did a good job. I would use them again.

I thought Nothing But Clean had an excellent price.Their service was perfect. Their staff was friendly and top notch. I have researched this category a lot and Nothing But Clean provides the most inexpensive price and the best service.

They are fine. They are reasonable. They are a little pricey, but not that bad. They charge by the window. They did the job very quickly. My wife and I can’t reach all the windows. We have very tall ceilings and stuff like that.

Overall it went really well. Excellent information over the phone. Prompt estimate. Work done extremely well and on time.

They were very professional and thorough. They came out to give a bid before they came to do the work. They did a super job! They did such a good job for us that we are going to make them our company of choice for our homeowners association.
