Nothing But Clean

Jury is still out on this company as I am waiting for a good rain to see how well the gutters perform and may need to come back to adjust ratings. Nothing But Clean arrived about 2:35 pm (according to my security camera) to perform gutter cleaning on a 2 story house. I received a phone call about 2:52 pm saying that they were about 30 minutes from being done. I arrived about 3:15 pm to pay them. At 3:17 pm I left to go back to work. The security camera saw them leaving around 3:27 pm. I know I was having issues with some of the downspouts being clogged and will need a better rain to evaluate this service. But with the 3 day rain event we had the week of April 1st (0.60 inches), the gutters seems to perform nicely for that event. You be the judge. I paid $162.38 (that included the $40 dollar Angies List discount) for 2 guys for 52 minutes. Is that expensive?

Prompt response to service call and had someone out for estimate and scheduled cleaning all in the same week. Everything was excellent. They were very honest and professional. Very fair price and I also used their $40.00 off gutter cleaning coupon. I will use again for same services when needed and would not hesitate to call them for additional services they offer as needed.

Called on Wednesday and left a voice mail. Sam promptly returned the call and scheduled an appointment for an estimate the next day. I was contacted with the estimate and I scheduled work for the following day. Crew of two arrived ahead of schedule and were more than half done when I got home (even thought it was still 15 minutes before the appointment start time). The two workers were polite and went about their work. They were careful to clean up. I was very satisfied and will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

The team with Nothing But Clean was extremely professional and courteous from start to finish. I called one day to schedule an estimate. They came the next day for the estimate and performed the actual work the very next morning. Start to finish in less than 48 hours.

Well, we were out of town when the work was done however, they worked with our housekeeper and the windows looked great when we returned home several day later.

I am delighted with them and have used them for about two years; they are outstanding. They are reasonably priced, not inexpensive but they do such a thorough and complete job. The personnel they sent to my house are outstanding.

I left a message requesting a quote for gutter cleaning. No one ever returned my call. I can't imagine that they are too busy to return a call for new business. I'll schedule with someone else.

It went pretty good. THe window cleaning was very good but I had asked during the estimate that the screens be cleaned. The screens inside the window were not cleaned at all. The screens outside the window were lightly cleaned but not to the extent I expected. The young men were very polite and very professional acting. I appreciate that they let me know when there were scratches or problems they could not fix with cleaning. They did leave a little mess, ie dirt on a few of the window sills which I think they should have been more careful to clean and not expect me or my housekeeper to have to clean up. I did have a house keeper there at the time so I wonder if they did assume she would get it and I would not notice. I will use them again because the cleaners were quick, effective and professional but I will clarify up front what I expect.

All of my windows inside and out were cleaned. Screens were removed and replaced. My leaded door was cleaned immaculately. You could not tell they were ever here except that the windows were so clean they appeared to be open. We will go through the dark winter months with nothing but clean windows!

Zach was a little late arriving due to the previous job taking longer than expected, but he called twice to let me know why he would be late and ask if it would be a problem and then again to let me know he was on his way. He was here about 2 1/2 to 3 hours and was extremely thorough and worked hard to clean every little bit. It was extremely hot on that day and he didn't stop to take a break or rest at all. He was also unfailingly polite and concentrated on getting the job done as quickly as he could. I definitely plan to call this company to come back and clean my windows. I feel like I have found a true gem.

Our gutters had not been cleaned in a number of years. I started to do it myself, looked at one section, and thought that I better call in professionals. The staff at Nothing But Clean was on time, professional and did a fantasic job.

It went very well. I just had some landscaping done and they did not damage it at all.

They were reasonably priced. They did a really good job and were very nice.

I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to all my friends. They were on time, courteous, professional, thorough, and fast. They called the day of service to let me know they were on the way and what time they would arrive. They did a better job in a fraction of the time than I could have done myself in an entire day. Money well spent! They also recommended another company to replace some double-pane windows that had leaking seals.

Sam responded very quickly to our request for services through AL, getting us on the schedule as soon as possible. The young men doing the work arrived timely, worked efficiently and were very respectful. The windows were cleaned perfectly. We think their pricing is fair. The only reason we rated them a B on pricing is because the final price was 25% higher than what was originally quoted. This happened because the quote was based on our window count, not taking into consideration that some windows might count for two or more.

erCody came out to give us our original estimate, he was prompt and very professional. We scheduled an appointment about 10 days later. They called to confirm a few days before. Day of Bill & Joey called to let us know they were running early (yes early!) and could they come by and start about 40 minutes earlier then our scheduled time. We just purchased the home and the gutters were completely clogged and most likely had not been cleaned in over a year. We have 27 windows and 4 skylights, they scrubbed and cleaned them (screens too) inside and out. Plus two chandliers were cleaned. They were very polite, professional and even offered us advice about some of the conditions of our windows. We will be using their services again in the fall-they were fantastic. Nicole & Dean

I called Nothing but Clean. advised that I found then through Angie's List and would like to schedule an appointment to have gutters cleaned. They advised that they would provide estimate when they came out and I could decide if I wanted them to complete the work. I was promptly scheduled for the following Wednesday. He arrived at the scheduled time, took a a look around the exterior and gave me a written estimate. I approved the estimate and he got right to work. He completed the work quickly and thoroughly. He talked to me about what he found as he cleaned the gutters and suggested inexpensive ways to correct the problems.

I have used this company for several years with excellent results. This time the team arrived two hours late and did a less than professional job of cleaning the windows inside and out. Some windows are streaked and others were not done at all. I will not use this company again.

Chris and Justin came out and did a great job. They were very professional and thorough. The gutters look great. They were very careful and cleaned up after themselves.

Called to get estimate to clean gutters, downspouts and surface drains around 3900 sq one-story home. Estimate was performed expeditiously and the price was much cheaper than any other company. Date was set to perform service. They were able to arrive earlier than appointment on the date of service and called to make arrangements to start early. Took about 2 to 3 hours to do all the work. I surveyed the work and it looks like they cleaned out the gutters very well. There was very little debris left in the gutters. My gutters were a little more challenging to clean because I have a screen covering them. They left no mess behind. Very impressed with the quality. The young men who did the work were professional and communicated well with us. The good price, quick service, professionalism and cleanup were excellent. I will definitely have them do more work around our house in the future.

I liked everything about them. They did a great job, they had a good price and they were prompt. I would use them again.
