Nothing But Clean

On time and service was excellent. Friendly and reasonable.

Wish there were A++ ratings, because this service provider earned that and more. The original request was for just outside window cleaning but, when the technician arrived, I asked the technician if he could include inside cleaning too. He called the office and the company adjusted his schedule so that he could stay long enough to clean both. Our technician, Jamey, expertly took apart a Pella French door that had been painted shut by a clueless painter (not an Angie's list find). He cleaned the window and re-assembled a tricky French door and only charged $40 as an add-on. It took over an hour to disassemble, clean and re-assemble the three panels -- a true service value. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of windows and screens. Excellent service all round and good value. Would most definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were fabulous. They were prompt, reasonably affordable, efficient and did a good job of cleaning our windows. I went a little above the Big Deal price.

Our rain gutters were very clogged. We scheduled this company to come out but they missed the first appointment. The next time they were there right on time. They were eager & ready to work. They did a good job, but they left a small mess in the back yard we had to clean up. They also left some shingles on the side yard grass, but did not tell us they were there or where they found them. We did not know where they came from until the next rain storm when a neighbor came over & pointed out four ridge cap shingles missing from our roof. I would probably use them again.

They broke a blind in my bathroom, covered it up, and then tried to say I did it when I asked them to fix it. After we got the problems resolved which I will outline below, I noticed that they had also chipped/broken one of the wooden cross lights in my bedroom which was covered up by them as well with the fabric shades I have in there. I had to call them to come back a couple of times this year for the first time in the several years I have been using them. First of all, they neglected to clean my garage windows inside and out. Secondly, they did not clean the interior of several of the sunroom windows to my satisfaction as they had for the past few years. And they had to be called back to clean the exterior windows of the sunroom French doors which they neglected to do. Finally, the owner of the company was rude and disrespectful to me when he called me back in response to an email l I sent to his company. The customer is always right and should be treated that way to gain repeat business, which they have gotten from me for several years. In my opinion, they have gotten too big, do not truly train their new employees to be thorough and they move too quickly to do a thorough job. Their prices are very high and I do not feel their results warrant the price any longer.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out well. They came quite a distance. They were very friendly and did a thorough job. They did a real good job. There were no additional charges. The price was worth it.

I had them out for two services. They did an OK job on the windows. Unfortunately, the window seals were just shot before they crew came, so the cleaning just couldn't get rid of the haze we saw through them. The crew was prompt and professional and cleaned up the few spots that I pointed out that had been missed. The crew that did the gutter cleaning was disappointing. The job had been proposed as more expensive than their typical service due to the fact that the gutters had not been cleaned by the previous owners in years. The crew decided that they could not get all the gunk out of the gutters by regular means, so they just spray washed it out and onto my lawn. I've had a dark trail of dead lawn all around my house where all this debris landed since they were here. The lawn has just started to revive. I would not use them again for gutter cleaning.

Moved into older house and windows had not been cleaned in a long time. Crew was professional, courteous and prompt. Even helped me clean a high chandelier and high ceiling fan.

They did a pretty good job, one that I couldn't and wouldn't do. While the vast lion's share of the job is all done quickly and fine, there are just little bits I would suggest to make the team perfect. Still found a few dead bugs in window channels, bits of sand or debris in spots in the house that probably came off the shoes or cleaning gear (hot day outside, alas), a few leaves still in the gutters I can see from windows and balconies, but I am sure after re-using the guys properly in the spring and summer (I let this maintenance task get behind for a couple seasons) they would get to the bottom of it. I know "you can't chop wood without a few chips flying" and I would use them again.

They called and asked if they could come several hours earlier. That actually worked better for me. They showed up, introduced themselves and went to work. The crew was Jason and Zach. Very friendly, courteous and industrious. The work was done quickly and very well. I plan to use them again in 6-7 months.

Windows looked great! They worked with our schedule and were very nice to deal with. Would recommend to family & friends. We will use them again in the future.

Two very polite and courteous young men showed up early (I like early) for the appointment and began immediately after explaining exactly what they would be doing. They got right to work and didn't stop until they had finished the job about 3 hours later. I am very pleased with their work. Ours is an older home in East Dallas and the glass being as old as it is can sometimes be difficult to clean. Everything looks sparkling new. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We had to hire someone else to redo it. It was not a good job.

Running a little late but called to let me know which I totally appreciated and no problem. Guys were nice and polite and got straight to the job.

When I called a left a message for this company, I received a call back within an hour. The owner helped me understand how they count the windows and what the service would include. Because he was experienced in giving bids and is able to provide an estimate based on the age of the house, the square footage, the location, height of the ceilings, etc., I was given an estimate on the telephone and did not have to wait for someone to come to my home and give me a bid. The service was scheduled promptly with little wait even though it was the spring when you would expect the company to be very busy. The estimate he gave me was what I paid, although there were so windows on all sides of the front door which were not included in the original estimate. The two guys who did the work were extremely polite and professional and arrived on time as scheduled. They worked hard and left the windows sparkling clean with no mess to the inside of the house. Excellent value!

Great job! Nothing but Clean prepared a quote for cleaning the gutters and left it on my front door, as requested. I called and arranged an appointment for the work to be done, for which I didn't need to be present. The work was scheduled for the afternoon, but they called at 11:45a to tell me that they were running ahead of schedule and had already completed the work. When I got home, my gutters were clean, and there was minimal debris left in the yard. (Just enough to prove they were there and did the work!) The bill was left on my door, and I called and paid over the phone the next day. THANK YOU to Sam and his employees for making the process painless!

The bid was considerably higher than competitors so I used another contractor.

I first used this company six months ago and was very impressed with the care that they took, the professionalism and their desire to please the customer. And their pricing was very reasonable. They sent me a reminder and came back this spring and the service was equally as good - they did not leave until I was happy with every last detail. The cleaners who came could not have been nicer gentlemen. they take great care with the windows indoor and out. They have also recommended a company to replace fogged windows who have also been excellent at their jobs. This is a well-run company, Sam Henderson , the owner is really helpful and takes care of his clients extremely well.

Team called and said they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they could start early. Went right to work and didn't stop until all windows were done. Both young men were very pleasant and worked well as a team. They did a good job - windows look so much better than before! Final price was exactly what was quoted in the estimate given previously.
