Nothing But Clean

Window screens were sprayed but not cleaned. Sills were skipped altogether and left filthy. Two nice kids showed up to do the job, and I even tipped them before unfortunately looking carefully at their work, but I will not recommend them or even call them back to re-clean. Too much trouble, and we needed it done correctly ON THAT DAY. Disappointing. It took HOURS to do the job correctly.

Great! Easy to use and because the amount on the coupon was higher than the cost of service they cleaned all the windows in addition to the gutters.

I purchased a deal on Angie's list specifically for Gutter Cleaning. The manager did not give me an estimate prior to beginning the work. Thirty minutes after the two gentlemen started the work they rang the doorbell and told me it would be an additional $180 to finish the job since the gutters were so clogged. Even if they were clogged I do not know why the homeowner should be expected to pay more than double for the company to complete the project. .

It's a professional company and I'm always requesting those two guys who came out before because they did a terrific job, it's unbelievable and it's been the cleanest I've ever had. I like them and I would hire them again. It's not least expensive but it's a fair price. I would recommend them to some else.

I e-mailed the company Sunday, April 13th to schedule an appointment. Sam called at 8:30AM the next morning apologizing for any delay, as he had been out of town. They were booked that week but someone came out to provide an estimate that Wednesday while I was at work and and we scheduled my appointment for 1pm Saturday, April 26th. The company called me yesterday to ask if I was available earlier in the day since they had a few cancellations. They arrived this morning at 10AM, exactly when they said they would be here. Two workers got the job done in a timely, professional, polite manner. The gutter in back was difficult to unclog and I overheard them working on it until one finally said, "The water is running clean. I would drink it." I will definitely hire this company again for other jobs. I've already shared their business card with my neighbors.

The two young men were friendly and seemed will informed. They left debris from the gutters around the grounds. When I asked they said the company doesn't want them to spend time cleaning up. I have a pic which demonstrates the issue.

Nothing But Clean did a great job cleaning my windows. The crew was on time and courteous. After the crew left, I noticed one of my alarm security lights glowing which indicated a window sensor had been compromised. The owner, Sam, stayed on top of the issue until it was resolved. His genuine concern that everything was working to my satisfaction is what impressed me most about my experience with this company. Highly recommend!

Initially I was very excited to find this deal online, especially given the great reviews on Angie's List. I paid $149 to clean 20 windows, inside and outside. Wow! They never called to set up a time, which was kind of annoying (as I had put a date preference in the notes section of the purchase), but oh well. No biggie. I called them and set up a time for the following Saturday. When the two men got to my house to clean the windows, I was only then informed that each of my windows actually counted as TWO windows and it was going to cost me an EXTRA $200+. In all fairness, the two men that were at my house were friendly and nice (and did a good job cleaning the windows). However, I was NEVER informed about the "fine print" of window cleaning and window sizes. To me, this is not good business practice. There was no writing in fine print and no notification via phone or email of this pricing practice. They told me (at my house) that they could provide a "free quote"....but after I had made the appointment to have my windows cleaned, was I (a) supposed to let them give me a quote and tell them to leave? or (b) let them clean what they deemed "20 windows" since I had already paid for that portion via the Angie's List Deal? I ended up having them do all windows, inside and outside. They did a pretty good job, but I wouldn't hire them again based on my bad experience and what I believe is "misleading information and sales". So, proceed with caution and maybe have them come out ahead of time to tell you the correct price!

Went well with only a small hiccup. The crew needed to be reminded that they had already been paid via Angie's List. Otherwise, left them to the job, and they completed it, leaving the property as clean or cleaner than they found it. Will use them again, probably several times a year, as I am getting too long in the tooth to be climbing around on a roof.

They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. Ron phoned to see if he could come early which happened to work out well. He was done promptly. He did a fine job and repaired a screen I would've had difficultly reaching.

They did a great job. I had also called them out about something making noise in my gutter and possible cleaning. They found a plastic ball in gutter and removed without any charge.

Everything turned out well. Scheduling was easy, they cleaned up after themselves, and they arrived on time. Ultimately, the two-man crew did a great job, and I'd recommend them to anybody.

They did a great job and they were very prompt. They called me within 15 minutes of purchasing to schedule the appointment.

Zach and Chris arrived a few hours later than the originally scheduled time but the office did call me before my appt time and explained that an earlier job had run much longer than anticipated and they would be running late. They offered a later time the same day which worked out fine for me. Once they arrived they got straight to work. They cleaned the exterior of all my windows removing the screens and solar screens and cleaning those too. My windows look beautiful (they were incredibly dirty) and it is amazing how much better they look, no smears or smudges. Zach was the main person that I spoke with, he was very polite and personable and even provided me with a lint free cloth and some steel wool that I could use to get some goopy stuff off the interior of one of my windows (they were doing exterior only for me). This was an Angie's List deal that I purchased on a Monday, they were able to come the next day and there were no hidden or extra charges tacked on. Couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We bought the Angie's List big deal to have our windows cleaned inside and out, and paid extra for extra windows. They were extremely responsive from the moment I bought the deal to schedule the cleaning through the service. They were quick and professional, and the windows sparkled. The windows seem to let in so much more light, and are so clean, you can't even tell they're there. In fact, we had an unfortunate incident with a bird running into a window the other day, some 3 weeks after the initial cleaning. We would definitely use them again.

It ended up going pretty well. The price wasn't too bad. There haven't been any issues with the gutters since they did the work. They were professional and punctual, too.

I'm a bit embarrassed to say it had been several years since we had cleaned the windows - and now they look like new. I would not hesitate to use them again and heartily recommend Nothing but Clean for window cleaning services..

They did a good job. They came out, and they did their work. I haven't inspected it, so I don't know what kind of a job they did.

We purchased a deal from Angie's List for a 200.00 gutter cleaning for 120.00. They contacted us immediately. The two representatives that came to the house were prompt, friendly and professional. They did a very thorough cleaning of the gutters and even cleaned up a pile of leaves that had been blown onto our patio from the trees in our backyard. We will definitely use them again for this service and will look into their other services in the future.

I have 35 windows so I had to pay an additional $50. I called and they were able to come out within 3-4 days. One cleaner did the whole job and was pretty efficient. He did a great job and I did not have any issues with the service.
