I am very pleased with the quick response and excellent service provided. I contacted them for a quote and Ron came out the next morning and provided a quote for doing my gutters, outside windows plus my sunroom/patio inside and outside sliding glass doors and windows. The quote was reasonable so I scheduled them for the following Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. Justin called on his way and said they would be there in 15 to 20 minutes and they were right on time. They cleaned and flushed the gutters first and then started with the sunroom. They spend quite a bit of time cleaning the tracks on the sliding glass doors, they were really a mess. They did a wonderful job on the glass doors and windows. It is such a pleasure now sitting in the enclosed porch and enjoying the scenery and not have to look out dirty glass. I can't say enough good things about Justin and Bryce, they spent 4 hours working very hard the entire time. I will definitely hire NOTHING BUT CLEAN again.

Very impressed by the prompt response to my inquiry and the on-time and thorough cleaning of our gutters. Very professional. I probably could have paid less but I would not have received the service we received. Also, they were very careful with our roof and gutters and that is extremely important to me as there are a lot of companies out there that have no regard for other people's property. I will definitely use this company again. Wish they did other stuff around the house!!!

Great job. Crew of two was professional, careful, and left the house neat. (The last time I hired window cleaners I used a different company and the crew broke several objects) The windows were pretty dirty because after my last experience, I waited quite a while before I was brave enough to try again. I will definitely not hesitate to use this company again. They were a little late, but called my in advance to explain and it was not a big deal. I appreciated the communication.

The two man crew arrived on time and they started right away, one working inside and the other doing the outside. They were efficient, neat and the windows looked really great when they were finished. I will have them back to clean the windows again without hesitation.

More specifically, Nothing But Clean cleaned out leaves, twigs and gunk from my gutters by hand into trash bags, and then hose power-washed my gutters and all downspouts to fully clean and clear functioning! Cody, who handled my cleaning, called before he arrived and after he performed his work, he also pointed out a couple spots where my gutters appear to dip and are holding water even after they are fully clean, suggesting I get those repaired soon to eliminate entirely any overflowing or leaking issues. From start to finish, Nothing But Clean's performance was awesome. I started searching for this service after hours on a Thursday evening, spotted their good ratings here on Angie's List and called and left a message. Within 15 minutes, even though they were closed when I had called, Jocelyn returned my call and scheduled Ron for an estimate for Friday morning (the next morning) at a time convenient to me. Ron called in advance to let me know when he expected to arrive, and he arrived (wearing logo shirt) right on time, inspected gutters from the roof, and provided a written estimate at a very fair price. I was so impressed, I immediately scheduled the cleaning for the open slot they had the following Monday morning. I plan to be a repeat customer of Nothing But Clean--I understand they clean windows, too! I highly recommend Nothing But Clean!

Originally, I went with another gutter cleaning service because their estimate was lower. However, as I mentioned in my review of their services, they were late, didn't call and when I called them, they couldn't give me a good idea of when they would be here. I said I didn't want to pay unless I could verify the service had been completed (and I had plans later) and I was told by the owner that he didn't trust me just like I didn't trust him. I canceled that appointment and then set up one with Nothing But Clean. Not only were they on time, but they called to let me know they were on their way. When they were here, they said if I needed to leave before they were finished, they would just bill me. They were very professional and even checked out my roof for me as I wanted to ensure there wasn't any hail or other damage. So easy - I would use them again even though they are slightly more expensive. The level of service and professionalism is worth it.

Did a great job. They spoke with me regarding any observations they came across, which turned out to be very benificial. They made me aware of windows that were scratched and possible seal breakages on some windows. I called them in to do the work BEFORE listing my home. Their work not only made the pictures for the listing look great, but I also was aware of possible issues before a home inspection was done, so that I hade time to make repairs. Well worth the money and I received a very good value for such a large investment that was on the line. Thank you.

We picked Nothing But Clean based on the great reviews here on Angie's List. While the cleaning job itself was very good, it proved altogether tedious to deal with this company. PROs: - Did a great job with cleaning our windows. CONs: - Interaction with them proved to be difficult (hard to reach - often went to voice mail) and scheduling commitments were not kept well. For every appointment commitment we had from them, we received a phone call that changed times or days. - The screen repair add-on service (suggested by them, not us) was obviously put on the back burner and took longer than the projected two(!) weeks. Returning the screens to us required us taking the initiative by calling them and inquiring about the status, and even then they changed the return date on very short notice and only AFTER the original appointment time for this had passed. - The reasons given for the long wait times, changes and delays were "We are so busy", "We don't even get home at decent times", "Returning the screens will take two weeks because our office is pretty far away and we will return them when we have another job in your area". - Them changing times/dates was a major inconvenience to us because we had to be home (at the very least to pay them!). Waiting for them to show up at the agreed time between 1 pm and 2 pm and then getting a call after 2 pm re-scheduling for the following day was very inconsiderate at best and given that rescheduling happened for both the cleaning and the screen return, it left us very frustrated. We had to make arrangements to be here, and for them to waste our time like that was not OK. SUMMARY: I am wondering whether this company is overextended. When all you hear is that they are so busy, and this is consistently given as the reason for why they cannot keep their commitments, this is a problem. Maybe all the good reviews on Angie's List brought them too much business and they have not kept up with it in terms of hiring. I would assume that the warmer months of the year is their busiest season and that they know this, so them telling me that they are too busy to keep their commitments does not ring well. I cannot know what their reasons for constantly delaying and rescheduling are. But I do know that I will not hire them again, regardless of the nice job they did cleaning our windows. I value my time and try to do what I committed to doing. I expect the same from an A+ rated company.
