The project is not yet complete, but Joel shows up when scheduled and he is a good communicator. Answers email, etc in a timely fashion. He has good suggestions and is easy to work with.

Joel and his team are amazing. Flexible on time and stayed on budget. Only using his team going forward. Ecstatic!!!!

He is great in the beginning until work started. Than it was hard to get him to come back to fix the issue. The work was sloppy.

The job was a demo and re-pour of a 13x10section of my driveway. Specification was concrete to drop to ground level and slope so water would run across and was to be 6, thick. Pros: In the end, the job was completed to my satisfaction. Cons: Multiple occasions appointments and work was rescheduled. This was NOT due to weather. They rescheduled to meet to bid work and date to complete work was rescheduled twice. In addition when concrete was poured, it was not sloped where water would run across it. Crew came back late after i called while concrete was still wet to increase slope. Dirt that was dug out to 6 depth was spread out in a 5x22section between driveway and house. They did bring Bermuda sod out to cover dirt but my grass is buffalo. All demo was to include haul-off which my expectations was to include dirt. Bottom line is work was completed but later than initially expected. But I would have a hard time giving a recommendation as this could have easily turned into a mess. The delays pushed the pour out and was done on a day when heavy rain was expected that evening and next day. Luck have it while it rained it was not as bad as predicted or the new section would have to been redone.

They did a fantastic job on the concrete driveway as well as the fire pit. His prices were very competitive and his crew was great to work with. Highly recommend.

The installer did not give me any kind of invoice for the work just his business card for a receipt and now the fountain pump is sometimes not working and I have to service it daily.

They did everything they said they would do, they came when they said they would come - it was perfect.

they are really good at design and they always look at the big picture to find resolutions.

I have been using Joe and North Texas Stone Masons & Water Gardens for about 10 years now and I can honestly say you will never find anything wrong with his work. I have never had a complaint with his brick, stone or concrete work. There is no better Stone Mason around, "you cant be better than perfect." an Joe's work is just that.
