+ -1 moreHe is always at least 10 minutes early and very flexible to set up an appointment. His prices are fair and extremely competitive. He is very polite, professional and great to deal with. He always does a great job for us. We are very picky and he is the only professional to whom we never need to ask to re-do a spot or something. He does quality work every time.
Description of Work: We use this individual regularly for carpeting cleaning and grout cleaning. This last time, it wa for carpet cleaning.

Did a great job cleaning the carpets (they look like new) and pointed out a spot that was wearing away that I had not noticed and gave me a couple of suggestions on how to protect it as well as how to remove small spots in the future. He remembered I had found him on Angie's List and gave me a discount. I really have absolutely no complaints and will definitely call again when my carpets next need cleaning.
Description of Work: Cleaned all of my carpets (1 study, 2 bedrooms, 1master bedroom and walk in closet.

Scott did a great job on the carpet and it looks beautiful. We were in the process of moving and he even let us borrow some of his tools when we could not locate our tool box. Great company!

He is very reliable and punctual and always arrives 10-15 minutes prior to his scheduled appointment time. The quality of his work is excellent and our carpet always looks wonderful after he's done. I also leveraged his services for tile cleaning 2 years ago and was very happy with the outcome. You really can't beat the quality of his service. The overall cost is very reasonable compared to other service providers. I can assure you that you will be very satisfied!!

I have grandchildren and when Scott is done with his work, there is no evidence that little feet, juice spots or ground in crackers were ever in my carpet. I will continue to use his services and have referred him to many friends.
Description of Work: Scott vacuums the areas to be cleaned, pretreats any stains and then performs the carpet cleaning service requested. I have had him use the dry method of cleaning and the steam cleaning method, both of which he does to perfection in a timely manner.

He got out stains that I thought would never come out and he was pleasant and professional in all his dealings with me. I will never use another carpet cleaner. He attends to details, gives individualized service, and is much better than the big carpet cleaning companies. The owner/operator of North Texas Mightly Clean is a small business person with ethics and a commitment to a job well done!
Description of Work: Scott Warren, owner and operator, did an exceptional job in cleaning my carpets. I have a new dog who is not well house trained and so unfortunately my carpets were stained, so much so that it was just embarassing. I thought I would have to tear out the carpets or at least replace the carpet pad to get rid of the odor. But, Mr. Warren did such a thorough job that my carpets look like new and there is no more odor. He was on time, did the work with efficiency, and charged a reasonable price. I expect to get what I pay for and pay attention to detail. Mr. Warren exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend his service. I was very pleased and will use him again.

He is always on time, calling if he can come earlier and notifies me if he is going to be delayed (which has only occurred once in 9 years). He vacuums the area to be cleaned and gets directly to work spraying and cleaning.
Description of Work: Vacuumed, sprayed cleaning agent and dry carpet cleaned large family room that is a walk-through room for the 1st floor of the home.
