window cleaning

Description of Work: Was referred. Came out and bid job. He bid the job and the gate was left open. Gave him benefit of doubt. Liked the bid and called to set up a date for window cleaning with his wife. Also asked to have the windows cleaned quarterly. Never showed up on date scheduled. Called two days later to say check was outside and got no response.
