The weather was not cooperating for the past few weeks, so we had to push back the scheduled date a few times. As with most small companies, communication can be a bit of an issue - I did have to follow up a few times between the estimate and installation. The team showed up promptly for the install, and completed a quality job on the entire house in less than 4 hours. They were professional, and easily accommodated a few small requests we had (such as raising a downspout for a rain barrel we intend to use). This is actually the 2nd time we have used this company for a rain gutter job, and we have been happy with the results of both jobs. Definitely would recommend!

This is an odd review since they never came back to do the work. We set up an estimate for some gutter repair with the owner Dale and the first time he did not show. We called back and he came out. He seemed very nice and very professional in the meeting. He told me he would send me an estimate for the work that night and gave no indication that he was not interested in the job. I gave him my e-mail address and phone number and waited for the estimate but never got it. The next week I e-mailed him at the e-mail on the card he left me but I never got a response back. The next week I called him and got his voice mail. I left him a message that I was interested in getting an estimate and that I had never gotten a call back but he never responded. Out of courtesy I wish he would have told me or answered my queries that he was not going to follow through so that I could have gotten another company to give an estimate.
