I came across Nitin Gupta's youtube channel while looking for houses in DFW area. 1. I'm a tough customer/ Perfectionist to work with, but he met all my expectations to the T, as he is very detail oriented. 2. He is very quick in responding to our texts and calls and patient enough to video tour the homes we wanted to see. He is the best relocation specialist in the DFW area. 3. He is very insightful. Since we are new to the city, he provided a few friendly recommendations which catered our needs for a young family and helped us make the right choice, be it deciding the type of house as well as its location. 3. He is very resourceful as he has an endless list of contacts for any house related stuff- be it lenders, home inspectors, handymen, cleaning, lawn mowing services etc. 4. He went above and beyond even after closing on our house to cater some of our immediate needs wrt relocation so quickly which was very kind of him to do. 5. When we decided to relocate from Louisville, KY to Dallas, Texas, there was a lot of uncertainty and questions in our mind due to the fact that we had to sell our current home and at the same time needed to buy a house in Dallas. We have got multiple agent referral through our friends and had multiple round of discussion about our move but we didn’t get satisfied with their approach or suggestions. Excellent process in helping us find a home, Nitin Gupta asked us a lot of questions, made us complete a questionnaire based on our lifestyle, family members to look for a house that will suite all our needs. He would get feedback from each house visit on what did we like and dislike to improve his search. He would also provide his inputs based on the experience on what works and what will not.
