Their pricing was great and they got the work done within a day and did an excellent job. The owner was nice to work with.

Fantastic-the crew was on time and in a great mood every morning. They did everything they could to keep the work space clean and were very professional. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

This is an addendum to my previous “F” rating. We met with the Nadine owner today and got our money back. The owner Moses was gracious. Even though we did not go with Nadine’s. Nadine was very professional and gracious. We may consider Nadine for future work after the kindness of meeting with Moses.

Excellent. Think we got a good price on high quality Mohawk carpet. Installers did excellent job. Moved (heavy) bedroom furniture and put it all back well. Cleaned up well. Would use again.

The installation crew were fast and clean. The quality of work was very good. Kevin the sales rep was amazing to work with.

I looked at them, I went into their store. The experience I had in the store and getting the quote, that was fine, I would give them an ?A?. One of the main reasons I didn?t go with them is because Nadine, I don?t know if it is a franchise or what, but the particular store. I used Angie?s List to rate them, I went over Angie?s List website for that particular store. Overall, several of the locations were good, but at that particular location there wasn?t a good experience by a lot of the people. It?s score was lower at that particular location and that is one of the reasons I didn?t go with. The price was fair, it was within range. I liked the selection that they had. They had the same tile that I ended up purchasing from another provider, so I would say the quality was an ?A?. From what I remember the responsiveness was an ?A?, from going into the store, letting me take samples home, all that kind of thing, and answering questions. I would go look at their product again and check them out, because I know reviews can change.

Selection and purchase went fine. When purchasing I asked if the installation could be done in the afternoon. Was told no problem, just schedule with installation department, they will call today or tomorrow. And by the way all our installers are employees. Since it was before the holidays I figured it might take a couple days for the installation department to call. After 3 days I called. They said it was scheduled for the 3rd and they had left a message on my VM. I asked if it could be scheduled for 3:00 PM as I had a waterbed that needed to be emptied. Since it was only one room I knew it would only take an hour or 2 for the install. They said fine and added it to the paper work. I rechecked my Voice mail. There was no message, nor any calls that I hadn't answered. On the 3 rd the installers showed up at 9:00AM. I explained it was scheduled for 3:00PM. They looked at their paperwork and said ok, and left. At 3:30 when no one had showed I called the installation department. They said "Weren't they there first thing in the morning". Yes but the install was scheduled for 3:00. He said he would call me back. A few minutes later he called back and offered to do it first thing in the morning or at 3:00. Well that didn't work as I had no bed to sleep in. He checked if there was anyone else. No satisfaction. The following day the install went fine. It took less than an hour and a half. There was plenty of opportunity for them to correct the error. Yes the installers might have had to work a couple extra hours. Obviously their management didn't care enough.

Their wood flooring guys were quite rude. They were very slow and rude. They said things and they didn't know we were there. We actually heard them say things.

We had two issues: the first was a strip of wood that separates our wood floor from the ceramic in the kitchen, which had become lose. Nadine didn't do the initial flooring, but they did come out to fix. The workers were very professional and did the job quickly, yet took time to do it right. We were very pleased. The second issue we had was carpet in our bedrooms had stretched over time. Again, Nadine didn't install the carpet, but they sent a crew to stretch all of the rooms. They showed up on time, were very careful moving furniture and putting it back exactly in the same place. Was very pleased with this crew as well.

Went to the local Nadine Floors after visiting many of the local flooring showrooms. I knew what I wanted as I had seen a brand-name hardwood floor on sale at a great price at the nearby All-American Flooring. I met with Ismail and he showed me the same floors and gave me a pricing. His pricing was a little high originally but he was able to match all-American flooring pricing plus gave me another discount for a large purchase (1450 sq ft). I was happy and signed up waiting for the new floors to be installed. Installers came 10 days after. They were very professional. All of the furniture was properly moved and wrapped up in a separate room. The work began and it took about 4 days to completely finish everything. There was additional work as I had tiles in the entryway and some of the rooms needed leveling. The quality of materials used was top notch (they give 2 year labor warranty). The floors looks great (bring me smile every time I look at them). Very happy customer! I recommend them highly for your flooring needs.

Sales went great. Price was reasonable and it looks lovely - but the hassle of getting it that way was not worth it. First, was told it would take about 5-7 days and that their teams worked 7 days a week. They showed up on time and we had most everything already moved out. They immediately started tearing out the old floor. By end of first week, they still had a lot to do and it was obvious that they were not going to finish in 7 days. They also did not work on Sunday and did not put in a full day on Saturday. The second is that we ordered the tile 6-8 weeks in advance of start date. But they failed to order the bullnose for the steps in the entry way. This delayed it even further. The quality of the floor is nice. But the hassle that I went through the entire process was not worth it. I had to stay on top. We ordered the grout to be sealed and yet the person laying the floor did not know this. Then they broke two windows and tore the screen up on a window they had been going inside and out. One day I showed up after they left and they had the house & fence open with my new washer/dryer and all my furniture open for anybody to come and take. They didn't set the alarm that day, so I had to go to the house daily and make sure everything was locked up. After taking two weeks to complete everything but the entry way and bullnose they had to come back a week later to finish that once the bullnose came in. Then it took from September 19 until December 10 to replace the screen and two windows, come back and fix the doors where they didn't grout good and bring me paint they used of mine. From Sept 19, we had scheduled numerous times for them to come out and replace the windows, they never showed. Scheduled twice for them to come out and fix the flooring and he didn't show. We had always had a window when they would show and I waited and waited until well after they were supposed to be there and couldn't wait any longer because we had other plans. Numerous times we called during that window to see where they were and they could not get in touch with the person that was supposed to come out and replace the windows. I believe the only reason they fixed this is because I still owed money which I refused to pay until everything was completed to my satisfaction. I believe that 11 weeks if far too long to wait on getting two windows. The window guy that was supposed to come out the first 5-6 times never showed, yet always told them he was there which is an outright lie. If he showed, he either showed before we were scheduled or at least one hour after he was supposed to be there. They also put on baseboards and was supposed to go and get the paint I used on my doors and trim. Instead they used my new gallon of paint and said they would replace. It took me until Dec. 10 to again get that paint replaced. The person putting on the baseboards didn't know how to do steps. Just around the house was great - but my contractor was trying to tell him how to do the steps and he didn't understand. Finally the contractor said just leave it and he would finish the steps. When I had all the issues going on, I requested to speak to the owner more than once. Not once did the owner call me. I dealt with the installation manager and then to replace the windows, screen, paint and fix the gaps in the grout by the doors washandled through an office lady. As I said - the floors look beautiful. But the hassle was not unacceptable. If you want to use them here are my suggestions: 1 - Be prepared to be the general manager and watch everything including locking up your house 2 - Be prepared for it to take 2-3 weeks longer than it should have 3 - Be prepared if anything is not correct for it to take much longer than it should to get it fixed 4 - Do not pay entire balance until 100% is done and all issues resolved.

Was very pleased when shopping for the tile. We told the gentleman we wanted to do some shopping around and he actually told us a list of questions to ask the other flooring companies. Nadine's was the only floor company that we talked to that would do the very thin grout between the tiles. We were quoted four days for completion & it ended up being eight days. Fortunately, my husband was able to work from home while they were here. Absolutely love the finished results! Only two negatives: 1) the length of time it took to complete and 2) quite a few walls above the trim have grout on it & they didn't wipe it off while wet so I will have to do some touch up painting after I get the grout off the wall.

Everything about this project went EXTREMELY well! We purchased over 1,800 sf of laminate flooring, which Nadine Floors also installed. The flooring material we purchased was far superior to what we had purchased from a big box store for an earlier project and yet the final cost (including installation, moving furniture, etc.) was lower. We were also much more pleased with the quality of the installation. The big box store installers put the flooring down and then nailed quarter round molding around all the edges. Nadine's installers removed all the baseboards, installed the flooring, replaced all the baseboards and caulked all joints, which gave the final look a much neater and more professional appearance. I can't say enough about how neat and precise the installation looks. They also spent a lot of time on properly preparing the subflooring to ensure the best installation possible. We built our home 21 years ago and I cannot remember a time when the second floor did NOT squeak in various places, but Nadine made sure it is now as solid as a rock! It was a big job and took a crew of three installers eight consecutive days to complete the project. They even worked Saturday and Sunday, which minimized the disruption to our schedule. They were polite, professional and always showed up on time. I wish I could say that for every contractor we've used. They were also very neat, including cleaning up the job site at the end of EVERY day. That interim cleaning was unexpected but much appreciated. The only regret I have is that I did not use Nadine for earlier projects, but I definitely will for any future flooring needs I may have.

Job was started and finished within the time that it was quoted. The pricing was the best with installation.

This is the second time in the last year that we have used Nadine (Plano location). The first time we purchased tile needed to remodel a large master bath (and shower) and a large jack and jill bath and shower. Excellent selection in the showroom and the staff easy to work with staff (Norm). Everyone there seemed to know what they are talking about. Competitive prices - especially on stocked tile. So, we did go back for carpet and are glad that we did. Very happy with the carpet and installation.

Everything was excellent. They were very competitive in pricing and knowledgeable. The workers were very professional and executed a high quality of work.

Nadine's was very good about detailing what to expect, the exact costs, materials and manner in which their own employees would conduct themselves. Ismael at their Parker Rd location was extremely helpful in assisting us in making the best decisions on materials based on what we wanted. He promised that we would be very happy with the outcome and he was correct. They use their own employees, who are very experienced in the installation process and they are very courteous and eager to address any issues that may arise. The installation process wasn't without a hiccup or two, but the issues were worked out quickly and fairly and all within the parameters that were originally promised. They aren't the cheapest providers around, but they do not use any sub contractors and they are accountable for their employees. They were very careful with the house and cleaned up each day. They arrived when they said they would and wanted to make sure we were pleased with the results of the install. I would highly recommend Nadine's at Parker Rd to friends and family.l

Salesperson was very straightforward and frank about features and relative pluses and minuses of various products. Price was very competitive versus several other bids. Workers arrived on time and moved several large pieces of furniture into and out of the house without damage. Workers cleaned up all work areas and vacuumed floors before they left. New flooring is 18 plus months old as I write this and there have been no issues. I would (and have) recommended Nadine Floors without reservation.

Work was completed as requested, but cleanup by workers of glue from wood flooring and grout from tile work was not satisfactory. Initial pricing very vague with no line item details until requested.

Carpet installation went smoothly. Workers showed up on time and were done relatively quickly (6 hours), considering that we had the whole house redone. They also removed the old carpet and moved the furniture at no additional cost (other places quoted us extra for those services). Carpet looks and feels great, though it is not the most expensive carpet. If I were to rate Nadine's just for the carpet installation, it would have been an A for everything. We did run into some problem with the tile installation. After the old tile was removed in the entryway, we found out that the floor needed to be leveled with the concrete first, which took extra time and cost. This in itself was not the company's fault, but when they came back to install the tile, they did not make sure that the floor was level, so the tile was uneven. They did redo the tile with no problem. The second area in the laundry rom was done fine from the beginning. Tile installation took 3 days for two small areas and on one occasion the workers were 2 1/2 hours late. Overall,I am satisfied with my experience with Nadine's and with the final results. It was a big project and the problems that did occur got resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.

House is old and the floors needed to be updated after the foundation was leveled. The crews did a good job of repairing the subfloor and leveling two rooms where the old floor was a few inches different than the rest of the house. The floor and finish work looks great. The crews were courteous and professional. I would advise anyone looking at doing a floor to do research in advance. It is a lot easier for everyone if you know what you want in advance. My only quibble is the crew's work schedule. They typically started late 10-11 and worked late 6-7. Overall I was very pleased with the work.

The people were punctual and did a good job. Their price was reasonable. Everything worked out all right, so far.

Tile looks good, however, they did not replace the wax ring around the toilet when they reinstalled it which is standard after tile installation. I had to have a plumber come out and pull the toilet and reset it. I did not call the tile company because at the time I did not know what the smell was from. I had to pay for the plumber out of my own pocket adding $120 to my bill for the bathroom. After the job, they were very responsive to come clean up what I thought was grout, but it was not from the install.

My only concern was the lack of communication. I had to call the company every day for information about what the next step was going to be. Originally, the first crew showed up to install the new floors. I would not let them do the installation because they, and subsequently I, wasn't sure the whole sanding/refinishing process would work. After some discussion, a different crew showed up the next day to sand the old floors. After being certain the new floors would match, the old floor was sanded and the new floor laid. The carpeting was installed without issue. I would definitely use this company again because they did a job no one else would touch, and did it beautifully.
