Damaged Building elevator. After I submitted proof they have ignored all my calls.

They forgot they booked us to move and sent their trucks to maintenance. They made zero effort to rectify the situation or try to help in any way. This brazen incompetence resulted in us booking a different mover on short notice at an additional cost of hundreds. If we hadn't called to verify, they would have never even noticed. Do yourself a favor and hire people that can actually run a business.

Amazing service! They arrived 10 minutes early and were amazing!! They were friendly and introduced themselves when they got to my home. They were through and took great care in all my stuff. They took great care and concern with everything! I am so great full for them. Moving Day was stress free!! Thank you!!

The movers broke the door on our dryer and crimped a hose on our refrigerator which caused a slow leak in our new house. When I asked about filing a claim with her insurance company, she refused to do so. This company is cheap, but the old adage is true--you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to the damage done and their unwillingness to respond to complaints.

Horrible!!! That is the only review I can give. The guys were nice and it seemed so was Patricia. However, several things went wrong during the actual move. 1. They showed up at a different time than originally scheduled. When Patricia confirmed with me via text I didn't notice she had changed the time so I can't completely fault them for that. 2. They broke my 55" flat screen TV and refuse to own up to it or repair/ replace it. I was unpacking everything when one of the guys walks in carrying the TV with the screen pressed against his head. When I discussed the issue with Patricia, she initially insisted he couldn't have broken the TV. Then, she proceeded to offer a minimal amount of compensation or get it fixed. Eventually, she stopped responding altogether. I fully intend to sue this company. I would not recommend!

Renee was very professional, took care of walls and did everything that I needed done. Both him and the lady at the phone I contracted with were caring about the financial side of it as well not wanting me to spend more than necessary. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Miss Patricia and her entire crew was so professional, timely, courteous and delivered great customer service. I already referred to my couple of family members.

The movers were excellent, honest, & professional. They were hard working and didn't take any breaks. I was very impressed. They carried my washer & dryer on their back up to the 3rd floor & hooked everything back up.

I made an appointment to be moved from Plano to Forney with Patricia. The workers Miguel and Rene, (her husband and owner) arrived approx 15 minutes late but that wasn't a big issue. They charged me $60 per hour, $20 for wrapping, $35 trip charge then added another $35 to make a stop at 2 storage facilities (Please note that their ad states they do not charge you for wrapping or fuel).The move took 6 hours. At one of the storage facilities the workers loaded a bookshelf. My son personally saw them load it. I had an errand which I had to run so I did not travel with them to the unloading destination. They arrived there approximately 15 minutes before I did. When everything was unloaded and my book shelf was nowhere to be found, I asked Rene what happened to it. He looked down and said 'I do not know'. I called the office and told Patricia about the missing bookshelf. She refused to accept any liability or responsibility for her workers losing my bookshelf and refused to respond to my requests to investigate the matter or compensate me for my loss. Coincidentally, I saw a bookshelf similar to mine being advertised for sale on Craigslist in a nearby city to Plano where the company is located. I have sent numerous text messages to her but she continues to ignore me. I reported the incident to Better Business Bureau but she ignored all requests for information to resolve the matter. I am very upset and disappointed with Patricia’s lack of professionalism, customer service skills and good work ethics. I would not recommend Montero’s Moving Service as they will not admit responsibility or even speak with you if you have a concern about your move.

The lovers showed up promptly and asked me what needed to be moved. They explained what they would do and what pieces of furniture needed to be wrapped. They were quick and careful with my property. They have exceeded my expectations both times I have used them.

Monteros Moving provided outstanding service from beginning to end. Not only did they arrive on time, informing us as they were almost here, they also waited an extra 40 minutes, as me and my roommate were caught up signing documents at the new apartment. They could have easily started charging us, but they did not and were very patient as we arranged everything at our new address. Once we arrived, they were very courteous and professional, explaining exactly how the costs would work and having us sign a document with the start time so there was no disputing the final costs (20 fee for wrappings and 75 per hour). The movers then began working very quickly and efficiently, taking care with all of our belongings. They not only wrapped and padded the more fragile equipment, but also moved some of our loose belongings that we currently didn't have boxes for. They were very curteous, working both hard and fast throughout the entire process, getting both my roommates and my own belongings out into the truck from the second floor in just under an hour. Their excellent service carried on to the unloading process, making sure they put our stuff in each of our appropriate rooms. At the very end, we were even 5 minutes to the next "pay mark". They could have taken it easy to add that extra amount to our bill, but they did not. If I ever need moving services again, I will definitely use Monteros Movers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else needing moving services!

The overall experience was amazing we were finished in 2 and a half hours. This was a move from a second floor 1 bedroom to a first floor 2 bedroom apartment. During the moving process, when the gentlemen started to unpack the truck, the process was seamless and quick! After figuring the price towards the end they didn't even charge us the original price for fuel which was supposed to be $40.00 and prorated the third hour for us instead of charging me full price for the third full hour! They took great care of my moving needs for a great price!!! I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends for sure!! Very trust worthy!

Patricia was awesome when i initially contacted her for her moving service.she contacted me when she said she would and the movers showed up on time.they knew we had a time limit to get out of our house and they worked their butts off to get us out on time.i was extremely pleased with how professional they were and highly recommend their services..thank you Patricia for making our move so smooth and effortless..

This was one of the easiest moves ever. The movers never stopped moving and worked quickly and efficiently. I was under the weather and they did everything to make the move run smoothly. I had a lot of stuff and it was hot and they worked great together. They broke down all bedsets and washer dryer and reinstalled everything in great time. I have already used them again for a smaller job. Great moving experience.

Patricia Monteros' instant response to my request for a quote was impressive and her communication skills were very good. One truck, two movers who were punctual, and everything was fast and efficient. There was a 30-35 minute drive from one location to the other, and they didn't fool around. They also had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs into the new apartment, set up the beds and washing machine. $200 for the move and $50 in tips to the two men. Have never seen a move go so fast, and they took great care with every item moved! Worth every dime!! Will definitely hire them again.

The move was so smooth and fast. The staff handled all our fragile and expensive furniture and boxes with professionalism and security. I am so glad that I hired them. Each box was taken care of very nicely, and moreover we didn't had to tell them what to pack, everything was done quickly. The company also used their own packing supplies like stretch wrap to ensure that there is no damage to the furniture. And would certainly recommend them for moving services. The price is so reasonable (I shopped around lots of places), no one can beat that pricing.

Great service from beginning to end Hard workers!

They have committed to call us 2 days prior to the move, and they sure did, no prepayment needed. We have agreed to 8am start on Saturday, they have arrived at 7:59AM... Right on Time.. Great Crew were very professional and attentive to anything that we threw at them. Moving is not fun we all know that, but these guys made it so easy, I would recommend them to all my friends and family with Pleasure.. Keep up great Work...

It was aweful. Worst mover in Dallas. Took advantage in every possible way. Overcharged. Wasted time. Late. Took a crap in my bathroom while on the clock. Outrageous.
