Better than A plus. They make most other foundation companies look stupid. Metro Tex fixed my problems quickly and for the right price. I am now very foundation happy!

The first involved installing 30 piers around the exterior and the second involved 12 piers around the exterior of another house. All work was performed on time in a professional manner with complete clean-up of the job site upon completion.

Steve made an initial visit and measured the elevation at different points in the house. He gave me an estimate and told me what to expect if I chose him to do the job. His quote was considerably less than the other quotes that I had received. So I was concerned about that but he had been recommended by a neighbor. So I chose him It took a while for me to get back to him but I was checking with insurance to see if any thing would be covered. (which it was not, unfortunately). But when I finally get back to him he scheduled to do the job in a reasonable amount of time. And everything he said to expect was just as he had predicted.

The repair was as painless as possible, considering the scope of the work. Four piers had to be installed on the inside of the house. In order to install these piers, carpet had to be removed and the slab penetrated (with a jackhammer). Then the piers had to be drilled and concrete placed into the excavation. The crew was careful to protect walls and floor coverings throughout the house. They arrived on time each day and completed their work in a timely and professional manner. When the work was completed, it was almost impossible to see the excavated areas around the outside of the home. The inside excavations were also patched and again, it is difficult to see/know that the work was done. The foundation is FAR more level than I ever believed it could be. It is almost perfect (I think probably more level now that when the house was originally built). This company does a great job and the owner and all employees take pride in their work. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who is considering a foundation repair.
