They covered the counters and floors to protect the surfaces. They replaced a wine rack over the fridge with an open cabinet and replaced a 2 door lower cabinet with 3 pullout drawers. Hinges are hidden on doors and doors are self closing. In 8 hours they completed the install, removed the old wood, and cleaned up the area. All the work, from building the doors, new cabinet, and drawers, staining, and installation are done by the three guys there. Just the most excellent workmanship. And the cost was great too. It is absolutely perfect! One very happy camper here! I highly recommend Marott for any woodworking needs. I had 2 previous estimates done with other companies, and they were way overpriced and their installation methods were questionable and not acceptable. Found out there are many ways to do refacing. It was worth spending some time researching and asking questions.

Scott and his crew were awesome to work with. Enjoyed every aspect of the remodel. The new island looks like it came out of a design magazine. The crew kept the work area clean and they were on time! The quality of the work is top notch. We are hiring Scott to do additional work in our bathroom soon. I would highly recommend Scott and his company for any remodel job. He welcomed our business no matter how big or small the job was.

Scott and his team did a fabulous job on our cabinets. The process went smoothly. Scott is very responsive to calls and emails. His installers are professional and the always showed up on time. Scott always showed up personally to make sure everything went smoothly.

It went very smoothly! We were out of town during most of the process. Scott was 100% reliable. His measurements and plans went exactly as planned. As preexisting plumbing problems presented themselves Scott was able to identify, and solve the problems. The cleanup was excellent!. Such a wonderful gift to come home to! I would like to begin this review by saying that this is the first time I have ever written a review in any capacity. I am just so pleased with the work that Scott and his crew did in my home that I feel obligated to share with anyone looking to have cabinetry work done. My project was quite large in that I was having all the cabinets throughout my home refaced, doors/drawers replaced, hardware installed, and a mudroom locker built. I had about five contractors come to my home to give estimates and Scott's quote was right in the middle. What I really liked about Scott besides from his fair pricing was his knowledge and time he took to answer all my questions, which I had many of with a project that large. Throughout the lead time he kept me informed with weekly updates as to where we were at with the project. During the installation him and his very polite crew arrived punctually every morning and cleaned up very neatly at the end of the day. The kitchen portion of my project took 5 days to complete (I was also having some electrical work done) and the rest of the house was completed in 4 days. I could not be any happier with the end result, the cabinets look beautiful! Scott definitely has an eye for detail and takes a lot of pride in his work.

Excellent contractor and highly recommended! Scott is a very professional and highly skilled craftsman that takes pride in his workmanship, attention to detail and customer satisfaction. This is absolutely the best contractor I have worked with. The whole process from initial visit to completion of work was very smooth. Scott Marott provided a detailed contract of the work to be performed and detailed drawings. While the cabinets were being constructed, Scott telephoned each week with the latest status. The construction of the cabinets was complete 2 weeks early so I was able to have them installed earlier. The install time projected was 4 days and the install was completed in 1 and a half days. Scott and his crew arrived promptly every day. When work was complete, they did a top notch clean up. My new cabinets are absolutely beautiful and constructed very well. Scott and his crew are consummate professionals and craftsmen. Rather than using a big box store or department store for your cabinetry needs, I highly recommend Marott Contractors. Great! Scott is super professional, and super skilled. The cabinets he built "smoked" the ones in my kitchen by the home builder. The shelves are thick and sturdy, and custom to my individual needs. They are so beautiful, I wish they were in a more prominent place in my house! While Scott may not be the cheapest bid you get, he will undoubtedly be the best quality and most professional. I would recommend Marott Contractors to everyone!

Scott and his crew exceeded my expectations in all aspects. The attention to detail from the initial estimate to the completion of the project was second to none. Excellent! Contacted Scott to get an estimate for the repair. He came out at the time agreed to scope out the work and provide the estimate. Speaking with him, I was comfortable that the work will be performed with quality and precision required. A couple of craftsmen came on the day of the job. The work was completed exactly as we had discussed.

Scott and Marott Contractors refaced and upgraded our kitchen and guest bathroom cabinets earlier in 2016. So, when we were ready to remodel our master bathroom we wanted Scott to do our cabinetry for that room. Scott provided a quote for refacing our existing vanity, building a new cabinet for above the toilet, and building vanity mirrors. We accepted the quote and signed the contract. Scott indicated that this was a pretty small job and he would work to fit it in with other larger jobs in order to be ready to install when it suited the overall remodel schedule. Scott kept us informed of status on a weekly basis during the shop build / finishing portion of the project. I kept him up to date on the overall project schedule and an estimate on what day would work best in the schedule to do the install work. When we got within a week of the target install date Scott and I confirmed that date and I confirmed that we would not be in the way of the bathroom remodeling crews. (just the shower glass installer on that day). Scott and his crew arrived in the morning and completed the install by early afternoon. We are very satisfied with Marott Contractor's work and would use them again for any cabinetry projects.

Overall, the project went very well. Scott did what he said he would do and we are extremely pleased with the final product. Because Marott's focus is on quality and making every effort to meet the customers needs, our project timeline pushed out several weeks. Scott kept us informed on a weekly basis and we knew exactly where our project stood in his backlog.

Outstanding quality and excellent service!

Scott was fantastic through the whole process. He came to my home and did a thorough, no pressure estimate which including all the parts of the project we discussed. He was up front and honest about the length of time the project would take to complete and he was very transparent along the entire time about progress etc which was very helpful. The end product is gorgeous and I am very pleased with the work Scott and his team did.

We met Scott at the Irving Home show in January 2015. We had him come to discuss our kitchen and bathroom plans and provide a quote. He provided us with a detailed quote. The quote itemized several options we discussed. At that time we were not ready to proceed. We contacted Scott again early January 2016 to discuss details and start our project. He came to visit. At that time we discussed finish colors and options. Plans were finalized and contracts signed. At that time the estimate was 8 weeks lead time and 2 1/2 days of install time. We received a phone call at the end of each week providing an update on our projects status. About 1 week before installation the dates were agreed to, and the expected install time was updated to be only 2 days. On the planned install date Scott and his crew arrived on time. They put down pads and tarps to protect the floors. They set up and started taking out the old drawers and doors. At the end of day they had the upper cabinets extended. and the new skins installed on all the cabinets. The second day they installed doors and drawers, as well as all the trim. At the end of each day they cleaned the work area and left the house in good condition. At all times Scott and his crew displayed professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for our time and property. We plan to use them again when we remodel the master bath.

I needed to replace several lower kitchen cabinets as well as complete some minor repairs to others and was having difficulty finding someone that could match the existing finish. I came to Angie's List and Marott Contractor's profile got my attention. I called Scott Stock, we spoke on the phone where I briefly outlined the project then set up an appointment for consult. Scott arrived and we reviewed the cabinet project. First impressions are important to me, and I was impressed with Scott's knowledge and professionalism during our meeting. So much so that I added the granite upgrade and backsplash to our project discussion. Scott outlined the scope of work to be completed and provided an estimate. I recall several binders of representative work for review and he left a disk that I could review with my wife later. Moving forward to the project start; the new cabinets, kick boards and molding arrived and the finish matched so closely that my wife could not tell them apart from the existing ones. Scott remained on site to manage the granite and backsplash installation. His presence and interaction with the installers ensured an amazing outcome. Scott takes pride in his work and it shows. I am very pleased that I selected Marott Contractor's for this project and offer the highest recommendation.

I employed the services of Marott Contractors to replace my 50 year old kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash, sink and hardware and to reface the cabinets in two bathrooms along with replacing countertops, sinks and hardware. They also refaced my hallway linen cabinets and redesigned the doors. When I first met with Scott, he explained my options, the fabrication process and how long it would take. He explained he had other jobs in front of mine, so I knew I would have to wait a while. He kept me informed of his status as I waited. Scott came back to my home several times to check measurements during the fabrication process. The waiting was hard as I was eager to get this completed but I wanted the best job possible and believed Scott was worth the wait. I was right! Scott Stock and Steve wrapped up the job in four days and that includes completely demolishing my kitchen and replacing the cabinet boxes! They worked like a well-oiled machine! They vacuumed and cleaned daily ? there just was no mess - even brought their own trash cans. I wish you could see the work they did. My kitchen looks brand new and my bathrooms went from a liability to something I?m very proud of. I don?t know who said this but I?ve heard it many times??Integrity is doing what you said you would do when you said you would do it and doing it better than expected.? Scott impressed me as a seasoned professional with high integrity from the start and this was confirmed with the completion of this project. I highly recommend Marott Contractors to you and I would definitely use their services again.

They came out a couple of days after my intitial contact to take a look at everything and take pictures of the existing cabinets as well as get measurements. He came back about a week later and installed the new drawer. Everything looks great. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process.

This is the second time that we have used Scott, Andy and Steve. They are remarkable. Very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about their craft. These guys go to great lengths to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the end result. Not to mention that they even clean up after themselves. Their work is impeccable. I am always amazed with what they can do with wood. Will definitely be using them again on master bath remodel.

Was impressed with Scott's professionalism when first met to give me pricing. He brought up several things that I had no idea about (specialty pullouts).They arrived precisely when he said they would start work. Now, best part--his guys are great...hardest workers I have ever seen. Worked until they finished, very pleasant and left the kitchen cleaner than it was when they started. Cabinets are perfect!! Hauled everything off and made the project almost effortless. Will have to admit-emptying the kitchen so they could get their work done was not a lot of fun but I found so many things I never even knew I had!!!

i had a custom kitchen cabinet fabricated and installed looking for a modern no knob look. The contractor we hired to construct and install cabinets made several attempts align the drawers for proper operation. Open two ajacent drawers and they would collide, that is to say could not be opened fully because they were not perpendicular to the surface of the cabinet. Scott, mart came to my house on an agreed to time and looked at the cabinets. he determined the drawers were not rectangular, and the facing not also had a great deal of problems - the contractor apparently did not own a square, there were no right angles any where. Scott gave me a fair quote and I told him I wanted to proceed. Scott told me the lead time was 10 weeks for fabrication of the drawers after which it would take a day to instal. Scott gave me weekly updates and at completion of the drawers a couple of weeks earlier than he said, called me and scheduled install. Not only did Scott and his staff install there drawers, the finished work on some cabinet doors that the previous contractor left. We could not be more pleased with the service Scott and Marrot Construction provide in making a terrible situation perfect.

Always a pleasure to work with a professional that takes pride in their work! When another contractor working on our home literally destroyed our kitchen cabinet, we were left without either a kitchen cabinet or a sink. We got bids from a few contractors who were referred to us by contractors we were pleased with and also turned to Angie's List. We found Scott with Marott on Angie's List.
