Love Your Lawn

Mowing is fine; however, I have asked numerous times for them to pick up plastic bags, plastic bottles, pieces of wood, etc. that blow into my yard occasionally from some very messy neighbors next door. The mowers refuse to pick up anything, and just leave bags, etc. strewn on my lawn. Makes my place look messy. It would only take them a few seconds to pick these things up and put them in the trash when they mow. I would think this would be included in maintaining the lawn. I have a disability and it's hard for me to get out to pick this stuff up. As much as they charge to mow the lawn, they could at least pick up a plastic bag once in awhile. It's not like I'm asking them to pick up dozens of pieces of trash every week--just one occasionally, but they add up. UPDATE:" Thanks to Angie's List for being available to voice my concerns. It certainly got prompt attention, After speaking with the owner today, he came over and observed what the problems were. He agreed that the service had not been acceptable and immediately had the crew correct the issues. The owner stated he had instituted a "walk through" policy whereby a customer can request that someone come over and take a look if a problem is not resolved by calling the office.

This was no small job. It took the crew of 4 guys more than 2 days to do this. The crew was on time and went above and beyond to make our yard look beautiful. They even cleared out our neglected "garden" of everything except the herbs. our yard looks absolutely beautiful. We are no longer the black eye of the block. We have even received compliments from our neighbors. We will definitely hire them again for future work

Generally work went well and as expected, but mistakes seemed to be related to poor communication Between work crew , salesman & office. Upon call to salesman issues were resolved to my satisfaction It works best to be on hand while work is completed. Disappointed that salesman or office did not do a final Inspection confirming with customer all work complete.

From estimate to completion, a very smooth job. Work was done correctly and on time. Clean up was great and the price charged was more than reasonable. Some follow up after the job would have been nice, but that is a small quible in an other wise excellent experience. I would definitely use Love Your Lawn again. Highly recommended.

Their lawn service cleaned up our flower bed did a good job on our lawn. We never got a chance to use their bi-weekly service due to a misunderstanding.

The guy came out, I gave him my ideas, and he gave me his. It seemed like he really knew exactly what I wanted. Before he left, he said that I would have an estimate within a couple of days. (This was on a Tuesday) On Sunday, I received an email from him, stating that he was still working on my estimate, but was almost done and I would have it Monday. Monday came and went, and I never received anything. One or two weeks later, a lady from Love Your Lawn called me to see what I thought of the estimate and if I was ready to move on with the work! I told her that I had never received any estimate at all. She seemed to get very flustered and said that she would get back with me. I have not heard back from her at all.

They are fantastic. They have an excellent service and they make the yard look beautiful. They will give you the best looking yard on the block.

.Shelley was scheduled to come out to meet with us on Saturday at 2:00pm for an estimate. At 2:30pm, I decided to call her since I had not heard anything from her and she had not arrived yet. After a brief conversation, she said she would be over soon and she was. Shelley came out to meet with us and looked at our yard. After a few suggestions and some good conversation she left and the understanding was that she would send us a quote in a matter of 1-2 days. On Tuesday I sent her a text asking about when we should expect to see a quote from her. She replied, "I am still in the field and there is no internet where I am." On Thursday, still no response, I decided to move forward with another lawn service we had met with. Overall, I am sure they do good work, but I don't understand how you expect to get customers when you can't send them an estimate on how much the job will cost.

I've contacted Love Your Lawn several times for one-off lawn service and they've always been great-- responsive and relatively inexpensive. They were also careful to move the kid's toys in the backyard.

They are very good. Very reliable. They always respond to any questions.

My experience has been good. It is easy to schedule appointments.

They are absolutely outstanding. I used them last week. I pay them a monthly fee. They do things that a professional gardener does. In our age it is so difficult to do weeding, they do that for us. They do to a certain degree plant stuff, trim, spray, landscape, etc. They just about do it all. They do it in that price, but if it gets to be too involved then they charge an hourly fee. I had a tree chopped down and that was a little bit above their stuff that they normally do and so he charged a small amount of money to do that.

It went well. I plan on getting the tree and bush removal done soon. However, I went with another company that was less expensive for the routine lawn mowing.

They have been really good. We do not have to worry about anything. If we call them, they have English speaking employees that can take care of anything we need.

From start of job to finishing job was ok....they had to come back the next day to re-do some of the work. Details of complete job are above.

This company lacks professionalism and shows no appreciation for,it's current customer base. Not a smart way to run a business.

I read the positive reviews regarding LOVE YOUR LAWN and called to get an estimate for full service yard maintenance in Las Colinas. I verified at that time that they served my area and set up a time for SHELLY to come out to do the estimate. A few days later SHELLY came out. She seemed pleasant and knowledgable and I was hopeful we would be pleased with their service. Shelly told me the estimate would be available soon. 1 week later I had heard nothing from them so I called. I spoke to SHELLY who said she emailed it to me and that she would resend it. I checked my spam/trash--no email. And still no emailed estimate the next week. I called again and spoke to SHELLY. She said they changed something about their computer system and it could be that emails were going out on their end. She assured me that she would send the email using her personal email that evening. I never heard back from her. I've never had an issue receiving emails and it was not in my spam or trash. I don't understand why the company would waste their time coming to my house and have an in depth discussion about my lawn maintenance needs and then make no effort on their end to get me the information necessary to close the deal. As the customer, I don't think it is my responsibility to keep calling and requesting the estimate while they put no effort into following up with me to make sure I received it. I'm not calling them again as it seems they could care less whether or not they get my business. I've had my current lawn maintenance provider for approximately 6 years. During that time I've paid them approximately $12,000. I'm looking to bump up the quality of the service and was willing to pay more to do so. LOVE YOUR LAWN obviously doesn't want my money so I will continue my search. I'm sure they will post their usual canned company response which actually says a lot about the effort they put into customer service.

They did an excellent job from the work to the cleanup.

Love Your Lawn did everything that I asked. Only once did I call to ask that they return and trim an area that they missed. They returned the next day and did a great job. Then, they called to make sure that the work was done satisfactorily. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Had them quote to do some landscaping to get my house ready to sell. I had a specific budget of no more than $1500 in mind and communicated that to George before we started discussing ideas. He walked right passed the side yard, even though I said I wanted to do something with it as well and went straight to the back yard. No big deal. I explained that I was just looking for something clean, fresh, and low maintenance along the back wall and in the back corner of the wall. He was at the house for an hour discussing ideas and preparing a quote to only have the quote be $4500. I had an idea the quote was going to be more than my budget when he started discussing stone walls and trees but didn't think it would be 3x my budget. Very frustrating, especially when I said what my max budget was.

This is a great company, and the experience has gone very well. I signed a maintenance agreement, and I will continue to use the company.

I found Love Your Lawn on Angie's List. They provide a good product, and mow the lawn regularly. They do a good job.

They started out okay and I am not very happy with their service lately.

I found them on Angie’s List. They charge me $30 a visit. They do good work and they show up on time. They do not bother me. They do what they are supposed to do and the work looks good. I do not have to worry about it.
