It went very well. David came over the previous week to assess my yard and make recommendations. The crew arrived around 9:30 a.m. and stayed until 6:30 p.m., working very hard on a hot summer day. My yard renovations will be in several phases and this was a very good start.

We have a monthly set plan with them. I think that they are great. I really like that they have a wonderful service line. They have a twenty-four hour service guaranty, so if you come home and they missed something or you feel they did not do their best job they will come back out, as long as you call within twenty four hours. They are very accommodating. They are very reasonable.

The workers did not show up during the time they said they would. After I called to cancel I received a phone call from the receptionist saying the workers knocked on the door but no one answered. I have a very loud door bell which I would have heard. My neighbors also stated that they did not see any workers at my house.

David came out for an estimate and, as requested, gave several price tiers of suggested improvements in order to give my home curb appeal for the upcoming sale. A week later, the team came out and performed the work early, but they did a great job of sprucing up the front of my home. It looks great!

We had a great experience with Love Your Lawn. David DeSilva came out at the expected time to give us an estimate to have a long row of red tip photinia shrubs planted. After the initial quote I was hesitant to plant the red tips based on more information I had received about them being prone to disease. I kept in contact with David through email and requested quotes on doing the job with two other types of shrubs. I always received a fast response to my questions. We decided to hire Love Your Lawn to install 17 wax myrtles and the crew did a wonderful job. The shrubs are in a very straight line, all are the same size, and they were well mulched and watered before the job was done. We have already received comments from neighbors on how nice they look. We would definitely recommend this company for landscaping work.

We had two large berms in our front lawn which had a lot of grass and weeds in them as well as overgrown plants. I called Love Your Lawn to come out and give me an estimate for doing cleanup and adding new plants. Monty came out and recommended that we gut the two berms and replant, as well as reducing the size of the berms or eliminating them and planting grass. We decided on the option of reducing the size of one berm and planting all new plants and eliminating the other berm leaving the Japanese Pine tree and planting grass where the berm was. His team also cleaned all the flower beds and put mulch down. Also, planted a new Crepe Mrytle tree in the bed near the alley. They did a great job completing it in a timely manner. This was done in August 2007 when the temperature was around 100+ degrees. Monty takes care of his workers and put up a temporary tarp to help shield them from the sun while they were working. Also, signed up for annual service and have been very pleased!

They have been very reliable and reasonable price. I love them.

This company has such high ratings on Angie's List that I was eager to have them evaluate my yard. Although Warren is a polite young man and showed up on time, he seemed overwhelmed by my shady yard (I have rose bushes, Indian hawthorne, English ivy, and other plants growing--certainly not a dungeon back there).

I first had Warren out to do a free estimate. He said probably 9 hours of labor (it turned out to be 11, but that's not much of a difference). He was very professional and friendly and took a detailed work order. I called him to schedule the actual work, and he had to return my call later. He was nice enough to call back when I failed to return his message. David was the head of the three-man crew that came out to do the work. The men on the crew were also extremely friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and did a fantastic job. My yard has never looked better. I enjoyed talking to the men as they were very nice and seemed to take pride in their work. Warren came back toward the end of the first day of work to check in and help the crew, and he worked with them when they came back to finish up the next day.

I'm totally happy with this lawn service. We can depend on them to come at the specified time and they do a terrific job. I love the way our lawn looks after they're done. The man that comes is very professional and courteous. He's readily available to me if I have any questions.

The service has been the poorest I've had from a company in a long time. And when I call to say service has not been done, Monty, the owner, is sarcastic, gives excuses and tells me no one has ever called on that issue before. When I noted my lawn was not being mowed weekly in March and that's what the website said, he said that's not what he meant. It's been two weeks and my lawn has not been mowed again. It is so unpleasant to contact Monty I have stopped doing it. I know his excuse will be it's been raining, although that has been mostly raining at night and all my neighbors' lawn services seemed to have figured out how to do their lawns. The crew is supposed to lock the gate when they leave, but I find it unlocked when I get home. I had a rain gauge/weather vane which I found broken after they left several weeks ago. And they had to know they did it. Unfortunately I paid for a year's service, which can't be up quickly enough for me.

The owner goes out of his way to make things right. I had a difficult time with initial contact and setting up service during a time when their main scheduling and sales guy had just quit. I stuck with them because of their good reputation on the List. Once we got service set up, they were out the next day (Saturday) for the first mow, and every week after that would was set for Fridays. The final time they showed up on Thursday without warning of the changed date. Because they came when I did not expect them, back gate was locked, so they could not do back yard. The owner got a crew out the next day to finish the back yard after I called, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied.They did good work on the lawn. Cut, edged, cleaned sidewalks, and bagged the clippings.

We got of to a little shaky start when there was a delay in getting back to me when I initially requested an estimate for the cleanup. But, once Monty came over and gave me the estimate every thing went well. When I agreed to go ahead with the work, the crew was there that same afternoon to start the job. It took them a little longer than they expected to complete the work but I was not asked to pay extra. The cleaned up when finished and every thing looks great. I have signed up for their monthly maintenance and fully expect the same quality service. Thanks Monty and team.

The guy's that did the work were GREAT, but I'm glad I was home. Monty told us one thing and his crew something a little different in regards to what was to be done, therefore I called Monty and had him tell crew same thing he told us. This happened twice in regards to what we had agreed on concerning the work.

They arrived on time and checked with me as to the work the city demanded. The men set about their jobs with a will (in 105 degree heat!) I thought that it took longer than just trimming the crepe myrtles, but considered, ''They know what they're doing.'' I had to leave for an appointment, and they were still here. I told them to continue, and that I would be back. Two hours later, I returned, and they were still here!! At this time I knew they were doing more than just trimming trees, but I let them continue. After receiving the bill ($485), I was somewhat surprised. The office staff called the next day, and we discussed the work which had been expected, the work that was done, and that I should have had an estimate first. The representative was very understanding of the miscommunication and offered a discount of $85 for the unexpected shock of the final bill. If I had been expecting it, there would have been no problem. The work performed was exemplary, however.

They do very good work. They clean up after themselves. When they leave they leave a note in the mailbox stating what they've done. When I call I get a response right away. I think they are a little on the expensive side. I pay them monthly.

The folks at Love Your Lawn are first rate. From the initial phone call for scheduling to the actual work, I was well pleased with all aspects of my experience. The work crew showed up promptly and were professional in appearance and knowledge of the work required. They did exactly as I requested, and the clean up was very good. I gladly recommend this company to anyone, and I will definitely use their services again.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. MY YARD NEEDED A LOT OF WORK AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. I HAD TO RESCHEDULE AND IT WAS NO PROBLEM. THERE WERE 3 MEN WHO WORKED ON MY YARD AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY BUNDLED UP ALL THE TREE LIMBS AND BAGGED THE DEBRIS. I RECOMMEND LOVE YOUR LAWN AND PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN.
