Description of Work: I have been using this company for many years for my yard mowing and landscaping needs. If you want the best service possible, just let them know if something isn't quite like you wanted it and they'll fix it. Take the time to talk to the gentlemen that come to your home. I think that's where we all make mistakes is just standing back. THey are very happy to please and want to get it right. Thanks for all the years! I reallly appreciate it since my allergy to poison ivy won't allow me to do the work any longer. After 2 trips to the emergency room, I let them do it.

Description of Work: In preparation for selling my home, the real estate agent I was working with hired Love Your Lawn, on my behalf. They were hired to: 1. remove a sunroom 2. replace the sunroom with a flagstone patio 3. construct a pergola for the patio 4. cut trees in back of property 5. replace a chain link fence with privacy fencing on the sides of the back yard and rebuild the fence in the back 6. relay grass in the front, back and side lawns 7. lay a walkway from the back patio to the fence gateway The work was down over a 2 month period. The fault lay in my not firing the real estate agent and Love Your Lawn. By the time I became involved, the job was finished - I was obligated to pay for it, and I was stuck with substandard results. Here's how it ended up. 1. the flagstone patio is cracking after 1-year 2. the wood on the pergola is different sizes (on one side it's 6" lumber, the other side is 8") 3. the pergola had significant warping of the support posts (they came and replaced one, but not the others) 4. the skirting of the base of the pergola is split 5. the posts are splitting 6. the large bolts connecting the upper pergola covering to the posts were not level, when I complained and they redrilled the holes, they did not fill the old holes, so now I have post ventilation 7. instead of properly cutting back the trees in the back of the lot, multiple trees are now dead 8. in some places they laid St. Augistene sod, in other they laid Bermuda. In total it is not growing in well. 9. the ground was not preped prior to laying the sod, it was not stamped and now the yard - which was level, has multiple divits, ruts, and uneven places. I called the owner, who sent a contractor - who told me the he would have never done the job the way it was done, but that didn't fix anything. All in all, this work has not stood up to the quality standards I expect for $10k. Unless something is done to correct this, I would never give them a good recommendation or use them again.

Description of Work: The rep for LYL was on time and very professional. After a few days without receiving a proposal, I called the company. The same day I received a proposal. The proposal was not complete, (left out the edging price.) The price for Trimming the front hedges and the edging was a lot higher than the other proposal that I received. Because of the rep I decided to go with them for triming the hedge and if they could meet the price of the edging, they could do that.. Emailed back to let her know. Never heard back by email or phone. I put in the edging myself and had someone else do the trimming the hedges.

Description of Work: Last summer I had an excellent experience with this company. They were prompt. They were professional. I loved their ideas for my yard and the price was well within reason. However, I decided to postpone the work until this year. So I called Love Your Lawn to have them come out again to confirm the quote and schedule the work. The day of the appointment I was informed that they do not service Irving/Las Colinas. I completely understand not servicing all of the metroplex but wish I had been informed of this fact a week ago when I made the appointment. Now the day of the appointment I'm informed that they will not be coming out. This puts me a week behind in having my lawn landscaped for the spring and is quite frustrating since I had had such a great experience with them previously.

Description of Work: THE SERVICE PROVIDES FOR WEEKLY GRASS CUTTING AND TRIMMING, ONCE A MONTH GENERAL WEEDING ETC, AND FERTILIZATION AS REQUIRED.. THEY HAVE ALSO DONE PROJECTS SUCH AS REMOVE OLD BEDS AND INSTALL GRAVEL AND HAVE DONE A THOROUGH SPRING CLEANING OF ALL LANDSCAPE
