LIGHTHOUSE LANDSCAPE LIGHTING

I contacted Michael via his website posted phone number. He came out to look at my system as I was wanting only maintenance on an existing lighting system. We had some very good conversation about the system and the option to convert to LED. He didn't have some items with him to do the bulb exchange so he left saying he would come back later that day. He did not and made no contact with me. I reached out to him again in a few days and he said he'd had an emergency and he would come later in the week. I followed up with him via several text and phone calls which he mostly did not return. Then finally, he promised he would be at my house by 4:30 that day. He never showed up nor did he call. I'm completely baffled how someone can think they can run their business in that fashion. I was appalled at the lack of courtesy or communication. I belive this may be a company in management transition or some such so please be very wary of using them until this gets worked out. Michael is not the guy you want to rely on if you need solid professional communication.
