We have been shopping around for a company to replace our entry walkway and patio. We had contacted another company and had been working with them but could never get the project off the ground with them. I went on Angie?s List and found Legacy Custom Pavers and called them based on the reviews. We called Legacy Custom Pavers and Tim came out the next day and worked up a design for the project. He had an estimate written out within fifteen minutes. Their price was comparable to the numbers from the previous company so we decided to go with them and scheduled a date for the work. We had already selected the pavers we wanted and it so happened that Legacy used Belgard Pavers so we didn?t have to spend time selecting new pavers. At 8:00 AM the workers arrived and demolished the front walk and old patio in short order and began laying the pavers. The entire process was completed in the same day and we absolutely love the look that they created. They also built borders with Windsor stone around our flower beds and trees and are extremely happy with the result. The entire job looks beautiful and we are planning on having them do our driveway in the next couple of months. I HIGHLY recommend the professionalism of this company

Tim returned my initial call immediately. We set up a time to meet and Tim arrived on time. I was given an estimate and a thorough description of what the job would entail. When I called to schedule service, Tim and Branden both returned my call and I was able to schedule service within a couple of weeks. Workers arrived exactly at 8am and Tim was on the job making sure everything went as planned. I would definitely use them again! My driveway looks beautiful and is smooth driving now!

Legacy Custom Pavers replaced our front sidewalk that was badly cracked. Brandon was very helpful in showing us pavers that went well with the brick of our home. He left us several samples to choose from after giving us a quote. The work was done two weeks later. The crew showed up in the early afternoon, removed our old sidewalk, prepped the ground, and laid the pavers as Brandon described during the quote process. Brandon came back at the end of the installation and did a walkover to make sure we were pleased with the job. We would definitely use Legacy Custom Pavers in the future. We also liked the fact that the workmanship was guaranteed for 10 years and the pavers have a lifetime guarantee.

We first found out about Legacy Custom Pavers when we saw their truck at our local Home Depot. We looked them up on Angie's List and saw they had good reviews and decided to bring them out for a quote. Brandon, the owner of the company, is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is friendly, professional, prompt and very easy to work with. We were happy with the quote, his suggestions for a patio design and pathway and the level of service that Brandon and his company were going to provide. Brandon and his team showed up on time on the day of installation and the work was done in a timely and efficient manner. Brandon also came back when the work was done that day to make sure we were completely satisfied. Legacy Custom Pavers also provides a 10-year Workmanship Warranty which we were very happy about. Our patio and walkway look great and we would definitely use this company again.

Brandon came out and gave me an estimate. He had samples of the pavers when he came . He provide an estimate promptly and his estimate seemed very reasonable plus we have a warranty that is transferable. The brick walls that were there were old and started cracking and looked ugly from the street. He had his crew take them down and replaced them with these very heavy pavers and made the rings around the tree much bigger giving a very stately look to the house. It took them a day to do it and they cleaned up after themselves. Now the trees have some room for their large roots. We are so glad we did it. I think it adds value to the home plus no more ugly cracks. Brandon is very easy to work with and easy to contact if need. If we ever need pavers again he is the company to call.

They did a great job at a great price. They were all excellent. The salesperson was always on time, always professional, and went out of his way to help us. They did the whole project in one day which was amazing. They did an excellent job. I think they would really improve their business if they got a designer on board. The price was a third less than any other competitor.

They were great. They came out to give us a ballpark quote. They brought out a lot of information. We talked about the next step. We were mostly just looking for a cost.

Called to get an estimate and received the estimate the same evening Tim came out. Work was scheduled to begin in a few days. Crew arrived on time and got immediately to work. Work was completed in two days. Tim stopped by frequently to check on the crew and progress as did Brandon. Work area was kept tidy and they did a great job on cleanup before they left. Finished project turned out looking awesome! Would use them again.

I had a 25' x 14' backyard patio installed approximately 3 years ago (Belgard pavers) by a different company here on Angie's list. Within less than 1 year the larger perimeter stones started falling away from the patio. They continued to pull away until there was a crack/separation over 1". I called the original install company for repairs twice with no return calls. I then called Legacy Pavers to see if they would be able to help after my visit to their very professional website. The owner Brandon welcomed my call despite it being a small job, not to mention a job that is fixing some other company's poor work. He personally came out to the house to assess the scope of work within days of my call. He impressed me with his knowledge of the product and that he only works with pavers. When a company chooses it's niche (not a be all to everyone), they really learn the nuisances of the product and its installation methods. This was the main reason I chose to use them. He also took time that day to answer some questions I had on future hardscaping projects I have planned. The day of the work there was a slight miscommunication on start time. I was told it would be at 1pm but the crew showed up at 9am. Because there was no one that spoke fluent english, it was difficult to communicate with the crew (who it was apparent didn't know what they were to do), so I called the office. Much to my (pleasant) surprise, the office was already aware of the situation and Brandon was already in his car on his way to my house. He explained the crew chief had become very ill that morning and the crew got a little confused on the day's schedule. Brandon quickly got to the crew straightened out and the work began. Brandon stayed the entire time to assume the role of his normal crew chief. Of course, we all understand things can happen and it is a true test of a company in how they handle these hiccups. Bravo to Legacy Pavers for the way they handled this situation! The large crew (5 guys) moved and worked confidently with the product. (I didn't have that sense with the original patio company. In fact I had to point out the incorrect slope of the patio as it was being installed.) The job was completed so quickly, looked great and the area was left cleaner than they found it. The crew also brought to my attention a problem with how the perimeter stones were originally laid. They demonstrated what they would have done and asked if I would like it done their way or simply to reinstall it the way they found it. I was pleased as punch! Even though it meant more work for them, they wanted to do it right. How refreshing! I would recommend Legacy Custom Pavers to anyone. I will be using them this spring for some small garden bed retaining walls and a driveway side extention. I look forward to seeing Brandon and his crew again.

We have a large circle drive which was uneven and had multiple cracks from the roots of several large trees. We decided to go with pavers for the looks, and hopefully less root damage. We received several bids for the job. Tim and Brandon both came to our house several times to discuss the project before we decided to go with Legacy Pavers. They ended up bringing so many different pavers out, the joke became that we had decided to do our driveway with samples. Their bid turned out to be the lowest that we received. We would have selected Legacy even if it had not been the best bid. We were very impressed with their patience and professionalism. We were very comfortable signing the contract with them. That was important to us, given the size and cost of the project. The project started a day late because of rain, but was still finished in a week. The job went very well and the result was better than we had even imagined. We asked them to do several extras- move sprinkeler heads and place access under the drive. They took care of all those things for no extra charge. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

We contacted Legacy Custom Pavers through an advertisement in the Home Magazine. Brandon Chaney, with Legacy Custom Pavers, quickly set up an appointment to come out and provide us with an estimate. He was extremely responsive and had suggestions to help us determine the best way to build out the patio to avoid flooding issues that we were currently having with the existing patio and slope. Brandon gave us a detailed bid prior to leaving and offered to come back with samples or to answer any other questions. He was very patient while we obtained 2 other bids and even came back out again at our request to leave samples of the pavers. We decided to use Legacy for the job mainly because of Brandon's outstanding customer service, responsiveness to our needs and the fairness of his estimate. They also provide a lifetime product guarantee on the pavers and a 10 yr Workmanship Warranty. On the day of the job, Brandon came out to address any outstanding questions that we had and also came back out prior to the completion to check on the progress. His crew was professional and worked diligently to complete the job right before dark. The end result was a great looking patio! I would definitely use Legacy Custom Pavers again and would highly recommend them to others.

Brandon Chaney of Legacy Custom Pavers was very responsive to all questions and concerns I had during the initial bidding process; . He was very reassuring that all questions regarding the use of pavers as opposed to flagstone, etc. would be addressed to my satisfaction and they were.He did promise the work could be done in one day which I thought was optimistic....he brought his crew out the day before and one guy came back and began the demo work the day before the job was scheduled. They worked all day into the evening and finished up the next morning...all work is very professional-looking and we are thrilled with the results. Brandon gave me the addresses of places to go view completed work so we could inspect different styles of pavers, brought a large binder of photos as well to see. He checked in frequently with the work crew to make sure things were being done to our satisfaction. The leader of the install crew was Lorio, not sure if his name is spelled correctly, but he was very attentive and made sure all mess was cleaned up and they left the site even better than how they found it. Price was very competitive; we have expanded our outdoor living space and am sure we will enjoy it for many years to come. The curb appeal out front is really impressive as well...neighbors are coming by frequently to inquire as to who performed the work. I highly recommend Legacy Custom Pavers. This is a family-owned company and they were great to work with; no hassles....no stress.....great.
