Legacy Appraisal Services is a residential real estate appraisal firm servicing lenders, real estate agents, lawyers, accountants, and the general public. With the exception of PMI removal (performed through the lender), we specialize in all other residential evaluations, for sale by owner, divorce/equity buyout appraisals, estate planning, and reports for hard-money lending.
