They diagnosed that the heat element was good and the switch was bad, so they replaced the switch. Just charged for the switch part and labor. Again, the gentlemen did a great job!

The gentlemen were prompt and professional. We were happy they helped us got the oven functioning, so also had them diagnose a non-working burner on our electric cooktop. They ordered parts for the cooktop and will be returning to do that repair that when the parts arrive.

Hi, I just wanted to say that I am very pleased about the work that was done by Kwik on my refridgerator. The company I used before told me that it was time for a new fridge which I only had this one for 5 years, I never had a problem, I just couldn't get the water or ice to work, so when I called kwik for a second opinion they told me there was no reason for a new fridge, this one had a minor problem, so I got him to fix it for me which took no time at all since he already had the part handy. I knew the other company wanted me to get a new fridge from there store, they were very dishonest, from now on im going to use kwik for all my appliance repairs.

Kwik Appliance Service wes very fast to respond to my call. They were able to come out on the same day too. I have had a really bad odor that would come from my diswasher on occasion and they not only serviced my diswasher, but they also serviced my garbage disposal as sometimes the odor can come from the garbage disposal and/or the dishwasher. He serviced and cleaned both appliances and showed me how to maintain the appliances to keep them clean and smelling good. I felt the price was very affordable and that he was very honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I would highly recommend Kwik Appliance Service to anyone that needs fast and professonal service at a reasonable price.
