Krunal Audio Video

Our overall experience with Krunal AV was (and still is) fantastic! PRE INSTALLATION - We built a new house and wanted to make sure that any additions made after we closed were of the best quality, with the right company. Knowing this was a large investment, we priced out three different companies, Krunal AV and 2 other large retailers. At first look the other companies pricing appeared lower. However, the closer we dug in, the more we found that they actually left out quite a bit on their initial pricing, and/or the quality of product they were quote was less superior than what Krunal AV was pricing us for. Krunal AV was very honest up front, which we appreciated and ultimately persuaded our decision. INSTALLATION - The installation process with Krunal AV was great. They were always on time and went above and beyond what they needed to do. An example of this is when they ran into a situation in our media room where the speaker wire (pre-wired by the builder) was actually cut behind the wall. We could have had the builder come out and fix the problem, but knowing that we desperately wanted to get this done, and that the builder would take forever to fix the problem, they fished a new wire through several studs in the wall, all of the way to the receiver. They did this without hesitation or even telling me until after the fact, and was done at no extra cost. They were very professional the entire time they were at our house. They were also extremely trustworthy throughout, with most of the installation done with no one being there. Their precision and attention to detail is excellent, and they would also clean up and vacuum when they completed in area. Overall the installation took several days. Given the size of the project and snags run into along the way, I was extremely satisfied with how quickly this was completed. POST INSTALLATION - With all of the technology installed, and systems talking, something is bound to not work once they finished. Any time we have run into a problem, Krunal AV has been extremely responsive to fix the issue, even on Sunday mornings (true story). To date we have only had minor problems, all of which have been resolved remotely. It's been a month now, and they have reached out to us on a weekly basis to check in and make sure everything is working, and we are satisfied. In addition to this they are constantly checking for discounted pricing on additional features for our Control4 system that I have expressed interest in for the future. FINAL COMMENTS - Our experience was great! The quality of product is fantastic. Their professionalism is refreshing, and I would absolutely recommend Krunal AV for anyone looking to make that upgrade to their home entertainment set up.

Not only did they ensure the install was perfect and we were happy, but they followed up not once, but TWICE over the next month to ensure continued satisfaction! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
