I was initially concerned as I found someone on the internet who started a project with him, but it was so bad a new contractor had to be hired to fix the work and complete the project. But, since Kooda is the authorized local distributor for Forno Bravo ovens, we went ahead and contacted him. We made an appointment to meet at noon, so I could come to the house during lunch. At approximately 12:10 p.m. he called and said he was delayed and wouldn't arrive until 12:30 to 12:40. At about 12:40 I called to find out where he was. He did not answer the phone so I left a message that I would have to return to work soon. I returned to the office, while my other half was at home for the rest of the afternoon. Kooda never showed up, never called and we never heard from him again. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Coupled with the other information I obtained, I would never recommend calling this company.

I emailed asking about the estimate, when I had not received it in two weeks and he sent it promptly at that time. The price seemed high, especially given lack of specifics.
