This was a "groupon" deal. $60 for duct cleaning and I called asked about the 2nd duct and they quoted me the same amount. The one and only Technician they have, Jerry, showed up with one other person. He was pushy and went up to the attic where the ducts were and immediately started looking around and saying we have mold. It is a buzz word and puts people immediately in a panic mode. Then he takes me downstairs and draws this confusing diagram and tells me what I need to do to be safe in the house. The company claims to to show you before and after pictures. When I asked for them, he said he "just deleted them". I was scammed and called the owner and they did nothing.

They did perform the job; however, the technician was very pushy in trying to sell a much larger cleaning package. I just wanted the air ducts cleaned and they wanted to sell me new ducts etc. They also cleaned the dryer vent, but left an unbelievable mess behind. Very unprofessional. I called to complain about their conduct and I was assured someone would call me back ... never heard from them again. I would not recommend them, nor will I use them again.

They were prompt but tried to sell me more than what I wanted. I simply wanted my air ducts cleaned from the money mailer coupon for $60. They wanted to totally clean and place new ducts in the attic. Tried to sell $2300 worth of cleaning air duct tubing. Clean out the intake/ returns for an extra charge. Very pushy! They would not vacum the intake/return grills near the floor. I would not recommend them or use them again.
