I have used Kiwi for years - they always do a great job and easy to work with

I’ve been using Kiwi for a long time. Very good company, friendly staff and always offering discounts. Kiwi also make sure the customers are happy with their services, if you’re not satisfied they will re-do your carpet.

I allowed Kiwi Services to remove 4 rugs for cleaning. I was told it would take 2 weeks. After 7 weeks the rugs were returned but I had to send 2 of them back as they were muddy and smelled terribly. I do not believe they did anything more to them than hose them down. I paid $611 (keep in mind that’s HALF the total bill) they were to disinfect and use a germicidal wash. I do not believe any cleaning solutions touched the rugs. My husband left a voicemail for a manager to call. Crickets. Beware Kiwi Dallas, very shady

If they clean your carpets you get a redo for like $50 or something like that for a year. If you use a franchise they do a good job and I recommend them.

Horrible. The floors were sticky and looked worse than before the cleaning, After quite a few phone calls a properly trained employee came and redid the job. I have used this firm in the past for carpet cleaning and was pleased. I was not pleased with their job on my tile, or their responsiveness when there was a problem

I use Kiwi becaue they do a great job, and offer an excellent warranty. Another reason is that I live in mid century home with real wood floors under the carpet. Their process for cleaning carpet does not use a lot of water, which helps to preserve my wood floors for future use. I've used them for many years, and have always been very pleased with their work, and customer service.

very good job. I had normal traffic and stains from everyday use. It had been about 4 months since my last cleaning. He was able to get all the stains out and after the rake was used all the carpets looked beautiful. We have used Kiwi for over 20 years and have been very happy with their service.

I've been very pleased with the Kiwi service. I own a short-term rental property and needed an easy solution for when renters leave a stained carpet. Their carpet warranty and the flexibility to give them remote access satisfied my needs. They've been professional from start to end! I am a faithful customer of Kiwi for several years. As always Kiwi staff from scheduling to the technician were kind, courteous and professional! I have not used any other provider for my carpet cleaning.

I first sent the rug on 6/5/2015. I called a couple of weeks later to check on status of rug. Was told the manager would call me back. They did not. Called again a few days later and was told the same thing. Called a third time and was told the rug was still being cleaned. The rug was delivered on7/9/2015. It still had pet odor although their add clearly said that pet stains and odors would be removed. I sent the rug back and called them. I was told that they do not clean the "back" of rugs and that it was impossible to remove stains on the back of the rug but they would clean again and "deodorize". The rug was delivered on7/18/2015. The pet odor was still very much present and of course, the stains were unchanged. I would never use them again and would advise friends not to do so. Very disappointed.
