Went very well, 3 guys and one truck. They packed the items very neatly and securely and made sure to pad and protect everything they could.

From the initial phone call, Omar (office mgr.) answered all questions, confirmed appointment for move date, then followed up with a confirmation email. On the day of the move, a three-man crew arrived exactly when they said they would. We also received a call prior that they were on their way. I could not be any happier with the way the move was handled. The crew wrapped items we wanted, then blanketed ALL items as they went into the truck. One crew member stayed with the truck at all times. This is very important so furniture doesn't get stolen. I chose this company as they are familiar with moving antiques and delicate furniture items. The crew was extremely careful with all the furniture, up and down several flights of stairs. They worked non-stop until the finish and never took any breaks. That says alot for how everything was done. They completed the move within the time frame. They also placed boxes and furniture where designated. If you want a moving company to do the BEST job for your expectations and obviously, for what you paid for, then use King Moving Company!

The moving crew was great! They were on time and professional, careful with our belongings and easy to work with. Unfortunately the estimator grossly underestimated how many trucks would be needed. As a result we had to pitch in ourselves with trucks and trailers to get the move done. It was not an ideal situation. For that reason, I give the company an overall grade of B.

As business owners, we value companies and staff that are efficient, competent, have positive attitudes, self-starters, and hard workers. Kings Moving company fit all of these descriptions and more. We've told many people about Kings Moving company and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of movers. They were very fast, worked well together as a team, each person knew exactly what they needed to do and did it. Not only were they careful loading and unloading our furniture, but they also spent extra time figuring out why a light didn't work on a curio cabinet and fixed a few small items that were broken from previous movers. Typically, movers try and leave as quickly as possible without fully finishing the job. This was not the case with Kings. They stayed until everything was put into order and all furniture was put back together. They went above and beyond. We've had many moving experiences including moving abroad, cross country, plus stored our home goods with multiple moving companies, and we've always encountered significant problems. From entire truckloads missing to the movers purposely damaging our wood furniture with carvings. We've never been reimbursed, even after taking out insurance. To our delight, Kings Moving company were the exact opposite of any moving company we've encountered before. Kings Moving Company has restored my faith in movers. The only problem we encountered was a few dark smudges on a sofa. They immediately notified me of the smudges and Corey called me and resolved the problem. We've had an excellent experience with Kings, from the first visit with Corey to moving day. From now on, Kings Moving company is the only moving company we will use. Words cannot express our positive experience with Kings.

Good, very professional, on time, fast, no furniture scratches, the price ended up being a bit high since they were done by noon but that was the only con.

Hired them to unload two large moving trucks after our cross-country move. Also had them setup all of the furniture. They were very professional and did a great job. Nothing was damaged and they setup everything correctly. I have used many moving companies in the past and they are so far the best company I've ever hired.

King movers made my local move, Plano to Prosper, amazingly easy. These 3 men were professional, happy, and hard working. Great experience. Thanks gentlemen.

Is there a rating above excellent? In not then excellent. We were a little last minute but their management team sorted out a way to get us moved. They were the only local moving company to be willing to invest the time to come out to see the size of the job. We are experienced "movees" and the one thing missing from this move was the person(s) standing around looking busy and doing nothing. When you are paying by the hour that would be coming straight out of your pocket. Really nice to not have to deal with that. Estimate was actually about $250 high - means they were faster than expected. Will definitely use again.

King Moving Company was very professional from beginning to end. Especially appreciated that the same movers who loaded our two apartments, drove the moving truck and unloaded our furniture in our new home. Arrived the following day at promised time. Communication and customer service excellent. Respectful and polite. Have already recommended them to family and friends and plan to use them again for an office move.

Greg and Cory were absolutely fantastic getting our schedule accommodated under a very short notice. We were very impressed with the movers (Anterio, Alfonso and Eddy) for their punctuality, politeness and they worked really hard taking good care of our items. Everything was taken apart and put back with great deal of care. In fact at one point it was drizzling a little bit; the guys made sure our stuff didn’t get wet and they took laid down blankets to walk on so our new floor wouldn’t get dirty. We also appreciate their timeliness getting the job done. Not a minute was idle! We highly recommend this company. I’ve already passed on their information to my work.

The crew did a fantastic job, especially with a fridge that required a bit of disassembly to fit through more than one door. They were 100% professional, helpful and courteous. It felt like they were moving their own stuff, which is the best compliment I can give.

This company I cannot give anything but the highest of ratings. We have used them before and will again. We moved on a very stormy day so the timing had to be perfect. Well to say the least this company had worked so hard for us. We were to have 3 men come 12:00 noon and 4:00 of which they did not make. However, they called us in advance and told us that the appointment before us had a storeroom plus their apartment on the third floor none of which they were told about. Anyway, they called it seems like every 30 minutes to update us on what they were doing to get us moved. They finally got the other people moved and apparently went above board for them also. But here is what they did for us. They finally arrived at 5:00 PM which was later than we planned however it worked amazing well in the long run. They showed up with 4 guys and we were only charged for 3 guys, they did not make us pay the driving charge that was compensated also. Then to make it even better they showed up with another truck which like a Bekins Mover large for free. The storms which were tornado watches and lightning all round they kept working HARD they did not stop. No breaks just kept it going. As we were almost finished the rain was about 5 miles away and I really mean bad storms, as we were getting the last few things on a downpour came. Then to drive in the rain to our new home, NO RAIN, none. We did not live that far away from the other place. Anyway, they got us moved with a few complications of which did not bother them at all. We had a very large refrigerator they had to take the doors off to get it in the kitchen. Then they put it all back together as the other 3 guys were pushing like crazy to get the stuff out of the trucks. As the last box was being put in the garage it started raining again. They put the furniture where I asked them to, and each box where I asked them to. This company does nothing but work extremely hard for your business and the employees are great and very respectful of your belongings. And respectful of family members.

They were outstanding in every aspect - punctual, professional, worked quickly, very careful and attentive to detail and instructions., helpful, organized, excellent at getting all our stuff to fit in the storage space and left aisle so we could access things too!

On time, worked fast, started at 8am and finished at 12:30 pm. Would definitely hire again. This is the 2nd time I've used them and they are always professional and on time.

King movers has moved us twice in one year while our house was being built. I thought we just got lucky with the crew that moved us the first time. They were on time, took great care of our stuff and were actually sweet and a lot of fun. Very flexible too. Basically, while they were there they did whatever was needed to move. THEN, we hired them again, kind of concerned we might not be so lucky the second time. We got the same crew! Apparently they are so good to their folks that they stay; which is a benefit to the customer. They are committed and consistent. I would recommend them to anyone! I hope I don't need them for a long time, but hopefully others will benefit from this company that does what a lot of others don't today. Care what the customer thinks and do a great job! Thanks guys, you made a miserable job of moving twice in one year sooo much better!

The three movers showed up on time and moved the piano without damaging it in any way. When the piano was delivered, the movers placed the piano exactly where we wanted it. They were very quick and efficient, and we considered the amount they charged very reasonable for moving a console piano. All three movers were courteous and professional. We would definitely hire this company again.

everything went great not only that they accomplished everything as expected but they were also very nice people constantly assuring us that all items will be ok as they were wrapping them - they do not take a break they finished loading the truck in 1 1/2 hr and then it took them only 45 mins on the actual trip from Lewisville to fort worth then took them another hour to unload everything - I will certainly use them again if I have to or strongly recommend to anyone
